INFORMATION
EVENT WEEKEND PASSES
To book a space for your Motorhome in the Premier Camping Village, you must already have purchased
event weekend passes through our online ticketing system or entered as a Rider.
MOTORHOME/SELF SUFFICIENT VEHICLE
By entering your registration number you are confirming RHL will verify the vehicle with DVLA . If the vehicle does not
meet the criteria, your booking will be cancelled and monies refunded.
ACCESS TIMES
Thursday 20 October 2022 11.00 to 19.30
Friday 21 October 2022 08.00 to 18.00
Saturday 22 October 2022 No Access – Registration Closed
Sunday 23 October 2022 No Access – Registration Closed
CONDITIONS
‣ No movement of vehicle until ready to leave
‣ Vehicles will be parked up in strict order, no places can be reserved. Those arriving first will be
parked nearest the event site, working back towards the pier. Only 140 places available
‣ All chemical toilet waste to be disposed of in Effluent tanks provided or taken home
‣ All waste to be deposited in skips provided
‣ All music to be turned off by 22.00pm
‣ All generators to be turned off by 23.00pm
‣ Anyone involved in theft, malicious damage or antisocial behaviour will be liable to immediate ejection from
the site without refund of monies
‣ Any Competitor or persons associated with them, involved in any of the above, will be disqualified from racing
‣ Please be mindful of your fellow campers at all times
‣ No outdoor barbecues
‣ If bringing a bike Trailer (maximum of 1 per pitch), this must be able to fit directly behind your Motorhome
and fit within the space booked, ie 10m length or 12m length space. It cannot be parked to the side of your
vehicle. The Trailer must remain hooked to your vehicle at all times.
AWNINGS
The camping area is situated along the main sea front of the event site within the event boundary lines. The areas is
prone to strong winds and is within close proximity to both competitors and visitors to the event. This means to comply
with Event Health & Safety awnings are STRICTLY PROHIBITED, for the safety of all concerned.

‣ 24 Hour Access Security* - RHL cannot be held responsible for damage/loss of any property while on site
‣ Dedicated Vehicle Exit Point
‣ Manned security point for pedestrian access – Pass holders only - to and from the Village
‣ Dedicated booking in window

PASSES
‣ Vehicle pass must be displayed in front windscreen at all times.
‣ Camping and Event Wristbands to be affixed to wrist correctly, any loose bands will be corrected accordingly
‣ Tampered passes will be treated as fraud and confiscated
‣ Only Camping Pass Holders with an Event/Rider/Mechanic pass will be allowed within Campsite area
