guides, reference manuals, and technical document templates. Mastered new internal software and

created business specific documentation for future use. Demonstrated the company standard of quality

customized software creation by forwarding online application errors to the software testing team.

Wrote scripts, recorded audiovisuals, edited, produced, and uploaded quick guide video to online

instruction guides. Ensured up-to-date documentation of current customers by gathering information

from JIRA and editing online end user documentation. Edited company specific API documents. Advised

executives on useful software and processes.

letters using track changes; tutored students on resume, cover letter, and writing proposal creation;

answered interview and post-interview etiquette questions; assisted students with effective job search

techniques. Researched Community Partners and created folders of their available jobs.

Document Specialist Intern

The Oak House

Researched coworking space management operations manuals; conferred with the director on the

exception and desires of the executive employees and the coworking space members; created step-bystep

user manuals for executive employees and members based on The Oak House Workspace

Management Software Powered by Habu; edited images and included them in the manuals to illustrate

the steps; created a standard operation procedures manual using Apple Pages and converted it to PDF—

the 142-page manual included links from the Table of Contents to each section and important steps.
