Established in 1970, Clancy Radiators LTD is a Family Business engaged in manufacturing Heat Exchangers
for Industrial and Agricultural Machinery/Equipment with two manufacturing plants located in Ireland and
Czech Republic.
Substantial Investments and Experience gained over 50+ years enables us to Manufacture Radiators, Oil
Coolers and Charge Air Coolers in Aluminium and Copper-Brass.

MISSION
Our aim is to provide High Quality Brazed Aluminium Aftermarket Heat exchangers for Industrial, Off-
Road, construction, Mining & Agricultural Applications while satisfying the Techno-Commercial
requirements of our clients.
MANUFACTURING SET-UP
Our core processes are set up in order to facilitate customized heat exchanger requirements in Brazed
Aluminium Bar-Plate and Tube-Fin Core constructions, without disrupting the regular production line.
Keeping fast-moving products in stock and with extremely Quick turnaround cycle for non-stocked
parts, we are able to help reduce the Downtime costs incurred by our clients due to faulty Heatexchangers
in current demanding market situation.
DESIGN
With our wide range of Core configurations, we can Design Radiators, Oil-Coolers and Charge Air
Coolers with core sizes ranging up to 1600mm X 850mm for Bar-plate and 1600mm x 950mm for Tube-fin
Construction in single core blocks.
The different permutations and combinations of our fins and tubes, allows us to Fine tune custom
solutions for our clients.

CORE SPECIALS
We can manufacture and supply Heavy-duty Bar & Plate cores, which can survive the most severe of working
conditions!
These cores can also be supplied with Hemmed-Fins, which protects the fins from impact damage caused by small stones,
gravel etc. which can get through the Machine's Grill and also protects it from damage caused by power washing the
coolers during maintenance .
