The merger of these companies share similar goals of creating a better agriculture 

industry by connecting high-quality products and unique stories of farmers with select 

markets. Not neglecting the direct benefits for its partners, such as greater confidence 

thanks to the transparency of its operations, direct access to the farm with an 

experienced team in Europe, and an impact from the farm to the final consumers, which 

forms a long-term commitment to its customers. 

With partnerships in over 12 countries, Macalea aims to work closely with growers and 

end buyers to identify the optimal entry windows for specialty crops in select premium 

markets to ensure a fair return for our partner farmers. 

Its portfolio includes organic fruits and vegetables, such as apples, bananas, blueberries, 

cherries, grapefruit, grapes, lemons, mangoes, oranges, pears, plums, pumpkins.

We grow organic bananas throughout the year. Thanks to the optimal conditions in the Piura region 

of Peru and its semi-arid tropical climate, we can compete in the international organic market due to 

the greater exposure to daylight and high solar radiation, which increases photosynthetic activity.

Shared-X's organic pineapple farm “Las Carolinas” in the Dominican Republic is the largest in the
