Using last year’s pandemic-troubled winter as a chance, we committed ourselves to<br />
fully overhauling and modernizing our hotel - all in order to provide you with a truly<br />
special and unique experience in the historic center of Passau.<br />
We are excited to finally welcome you in our improved rooms! Rest assured that we will<br />
only be satisfied once you are. If you’re happy with our service, please tell it to others<br />
and help us out with a positive review.<br />
Should you be dissatisfied with anything, do not hesitate to call on us. We’ll deal with any<br />
problems in the blink of an eye.

The hotel „<strong>Am</strong> <strong>Paulusbogen</strong>“ is located midst the Passauer old town. Due to our<br />
unique location you can visit all sights on foot. Also the lively pedestrian zone with loads<br />
of shopping opportunities is only a few meters away. Escape the day to day stress and<br />
relax in our stylishly furnished rooms, on the patio with a beautiful view of the Danube<br />
and during strolls through our wonderful city of three rivers.<br />
We have twenty equally tastefully, modern and high-quality equipped rooms on six<br />
floors, all of them have a breathtaking view over the Danube, the old town or the<br />
pedestrian zone. All rooms are equipped with WiFi, telephone, flat screen TVs, box<br />
spring bed, mini-bar with coffee and tea making facilities, safe and also a bathroom with<br />
a shower. Therefore our hotel is perfect for a short break as a stopover on your journey,<br />
a weekend trip and also for your next work trip.<br />
We offer breakfast from 07:00 - 10:00 in our newly renovated Restaurant on the 3rd<br />
floor. During summertime you can also enjoy your meal on our “Donauterrasse“. And as<br />
our guest you can of course use the restaurant and bar area.

Our restaurant with patio right to the Danube delights with a fantastic view and<br />
indulges with a large selection of modern, high quality dishes. We invite you to eat in<br />
a cultivated but relaxed atmosphere and offer a large variation of drinks at our bar.<br />
Enjoy a coffee while indulging with riverview, come to rest after an exhausting<br />
day of sightseeing or shopping in a calming atmosphere and enjoy your evening.<br />
Wherever you may come from or whatever you’re looking for, you’ll find it here! For<br />
this reason we ask our guests to make a table reservation, to ensure that your stay<br />
is as pleasant as possible.<br />
Our kitchen-team relies on a variation of Bavarian classics, modern creation and vegan<br />
specialities.<br />

our restaurant and breakfast. However, we<br />
ask you to be considerate of other guests.<br />
We do charge a cleaning-fee of €10 per<br />
dog. For a stay of several days we charge an<br />
additional €5 per night per dog.<br />
Children<br />
Children of all ages are very welcome!<br />
Children under 3 years stay with us for<br />
free.<br />
We charge €20 per night for children aged<br />
4 - 14 and €35 for children over 15.<br />
When booking please make sure that the<br />
room is available for occupancy by three or<br />
four people.

Smoking<br />
Our hotel is a strict non smoking area. Our<br />
hallways and hotel rooms are equipped<br />
with smoke detectors. In case of violation<br />
we charge a cleaning fee of €100 and a<br />
non-occupancy charge of €300, as we won’t<br />
be able to have guests in these rooms for<br />
several days.<br />
Nevertheless - you can find a cigarette<br />
machine on the second floor and are allowed<br />
to smoke on the patio.<br />
Mini-bar / coffee / tea<br />
Our mini- bar isn’t stocked. If you have any<br />
wishes we will stock it for you.<br />
You can submit your order daily between<br />
1pm and 9pm at our reception desk. Please<br />
refer to the attached menu.

Cleaning<br />
During a multi-day stay we clean your room<br />
daily between 10am and 2pm. If you don’t<br />
wish a daily cleaning please inform our staff<br />
at the reception. This is how you can help us<br />
protect the environment.<br />
Should you need new towels, please leave<br />
your old towels on the floor. Towels that are<br />
not on the floor will not be replaced.<br />
Safe<br />
You can use the safe in your hotel room free<br />
of charge. Please notice that we don’t take<br />
legal responsibility for your valuables.<br />
Should you need any help operating the<br />
safe please turn to our staff.<br />
Forgot something?<br />
If you forgot to pack something, i.e. your<br />
toothbrush, we are happy to help with our<br />
„first aid“.<br />
Should you have forgotton a bit more, we<br />
have a complete cosmetic bag available for<br />
purchase.
PASSAU<br />
Passau is also called the city of three<br />
rivers or the Bavarian Venice, because<br />
here, three rivers unite into one in a<br />
picturesque way. The „green“ Inn, the<br />
„blue“ Danube and the „black“ Ilz merge<br />
together at the famous three river conjunction<br />
with its divers cultural offerings,<br />
numerous sights and the romantic old<br />
town Passau is one of the most impressive<br />
German towns along the Danube.<br />
Enjoy the historic old town while out for<br />
a shopping spree or a relaxing walk along<br />
the landmarks of the city. For example the<br />
St. Stephen`s cathedral - Passaus most significant<br />
building, which has the worldwide<br />
largest cathedral organ. A boat trip on<br />
the Danube to the fascinating natural<br />
spectacle of the three river conjunction<br />
is also absolutely indispensable. Passau is<br />
also an ideal starting point for hiking tours.<br />

The well signposted trails are perfect<br />
for short walks and longer hiking trips.<br />
