Ramblings From The Editor
Ideas, idle gossip and occasionally important odds ’n’ ends... by Jack Wright
The last time I wrote this column was
two years ago, deep in the heart of
the initial COVID outbreak. I then
decided to retire my typewriter
because the challenges of operating
a busy restaurant absorbed most of my time.
Plus, I didn’t think it would be fun for you to
read about restaurant life every week (though
it’s rarely boring, and the stories of epically
inappropriate customers would sadly fill
many columns).
But the death on Sunday of a dear friend,
a Cape May titan, brought my fingers to the
keys once again. Dave Clemans was a guy
who enjoyed my columns, particularly back
in the days when I was something of a feisty
muckraker, regularly launching attacks on
the mayor and his associates. Dave, himself,
could be a feisty guy. He didn’t suffer fools,
was capable of some impressively withering
putdowns, and he liked to keep social gatherings
to a minimum, long before COVID was
making that a part of everyday life. A “curmudgeon”
is how he described himself.
Here’s how I would describe him — a
Renaissance Man, with a heart of gold. Dave
was gifted with an unfair portion of talent. The
beautiful home he shared with his wife, Chris
Clemans (lovingly referred to by Dave as The
Queen), showcased hundreds of his beautiful
oil paintings depicting the world around
him — from Cape May Point to the Great Egg
Harbor River, where Dave and Chris kept a
weekend cottage.
Dave was also a man who knew words
— he was a gifted poet. So much so that I
published four books of his which featured
his poetry, his paintings, and a collection of
life stories and opinions (from his views on
social media to dressing properly, which is
something he took very seriously).
Poet, painter... and a very successful
restaurateur. Yep, that, too. I can attest
to how impressive THAT particular feat is.
Statistics suggest that anything from a third
to more than a half of new restaurants don’t
make it past their first year. Well, Dave operated
Cucina Rosa, at the beginning of the
Washington Street Mall (now the clothing
store Galvanic), for 22 years, with his stepson
Guy Portewig running the kitchen and serving
up Italian classics. Locals and visitors still
mourn its passing.
But there’s more. Dave was an avid historian
and preservationist. He served for
years on Cape May’s Historic Preservation
Commission and he and Chris oversaw the
restoration of two whaling cottages on Batts
Lane, on the northern tip of the island. Typical
of Dave and Chris, they gifted those cottages,
and the land they sit upon, to Cape May MAC
to be used as part of MAC’s cultural offerings.
You might have noticed that real estate is
a highly desirable commodity in Cape May,
and yet here was a couple happy to donate a
parcel of property that would be worth north
of a million dollars in this market. To say the
least, that’s a seriously generous commitment
to your local community.
As was the time and expertise that Dave
offered to Cape May Stage during a splendid
renovation of a converted church building
that was completed in 2008. Dave’s longtime
friend Jim Moffatt (a great friend of mine, too)
rattled cages all over town to help raise the
$1.4 million required to transform the theater,
while Dave lended his considerable expertise
to the historic aspects of the renovation, as
well as devising, and financing, the beautiful
landscaping.
Dave and Chris also played a large part in
the rise of the Exit Zero Jazz Festival, donating
generous sums of money that helped the
festival book world-class acts such as Wynton
Marsalis, who gave Dave one of the thrills of
his life when he and his band joined the couple
for dinner at their home in 2016. I was there
that evening, and the beaming smile rarely left
Dave’s face the entire time — it was “a magical
time,” as he wrote later.
Dave might have called himself a curmudgeon,
and he probably meant it, too, but the
world could use a lot more people like him.
People with integrity, actual, real integrity.
People with compassion for the community in
which they live, and the generosity and willingness
to make major contributions.
I got the chance to say goodbye to Dave
a few days ago — he wasn’t able to say much,
suffering from the ravages of stage four brain
cancer, but he could still hear. I meant it, Dave
— you’ll always be one of my heroes.
Since I’m writing about the passing of
³ a Cape May legend, it would be remiss
of me not to add a few more names to this
list. On Sunday, a few hours after I learned of
Dave Clemans’ passing, I visited Central Park
Farm Market, my favorite stop when I’m in
the mood to throw some scallops and shrimp
on the grill. There, the lovely Peggy Cicchitti,
who runs the market with her husband David,
passed on the sad news that David’s brother
Jim Cicchitti had died a few days earlier.
Jim was one of the forefathers of Cape
May’s ocean-based tourism industry, having
run a variety of sea excursions, anchored by
the Cape May Whale Watch and Research
Center, for five decades. Along with his wife
Tracie, and their children, they offered some
of the most compelling family trips in the area,
from whale-watching to pirate ship adventures.
And, while they earned their living from
the ocean, they have always regarded themselves
as responsible caretakers.
It’s been a bad summer for Cape May
notables. In June, Lou Riccio passed away,
leaving behind memories of a gentle, generous
man who also wielded considerable talent
with a paintbrush. Lou painted a beautiful
collection of Cape May watercolors, from his
beloved Chalfonte Hotel, where he and his
adorable wife Linda, were regulars, to the
beach at Congress Hall and the boathouses
at the harbor. If you knew Lou, it was hard to
forget a smile that could light up a room.
And speaking of smiles, last month Cape
May lost another megawatt personality with
the death of Marie Stone, a lady who was the
definition of a community activist, volunteering
for myriad organizations, and one of
the biggest dog-lovers you are ever likely to
encounter.
Cape May has lost a lot with the passing
of these luminaries. Let’s hope we can at least
attempt to fill their shoes.
Every week, the Exit Zero crew goes for lunch (or dinner or,
maybe even on occasion, breakfast) at one of Cape May’s excellent
dining establishments. Then we give you the skinny on
what we ate, what we talked about (or some of what we talked
about), who spat their drink from laughing too hard, who served
us, who we bumped into and, you know, the general lay of the land.
The place: New to Cape May this summer, Nikki’s Cafe and Juicery.
It’s located within the brown buildings at 600 Park Boulevard.
The vibe: The inside has plenty of natural light with plants surrounding
the trim of the ceiling. There is seating along their front window
and the counter so you can enjoy your order inside. They have their
smoothie station front and center and their small kitchen in the back
is where you’ll get your breakfast sandwiches and other cooked items.
Nikki’s also carries some local artwork from Blue Bottle Art. Super welcoming
and a nice place to start the day.
The owner: Nikki opened her business with her mom earlier this
summer in May following 13 months of construction. “There’s nothing
like it in this area so I wanted to offer something different,” she says. “I
went to school for exercise science, and I’ve always been an advocate for
a healthy lifestyle, but with balance. You can have your green juice or
smoothie, but you can also have bacon on your bagel or a cheesesteak.”
Nikki is all about getting your nutrition in but adding a little extra which
you can tell from her menu. Try a bacon, egg and cheese on a bagel, or
for lunch, the chicken salad sandwich. She also has a range of smoothies
and, of course, her cold-pressed juices. They’re all made fresh with
plenty of options like the Beets Me and Carrot Craze.
The food: Nicole and Courtney were ready to power through a
busy Monday morning and thought a new stop for some fuel was just
what we needed. Courtney enjoyed the Strawberry Goat — sourdough
toasted with goat cheese, strawberries, sea salt and honey with a balsamic
drizzle. Nicole had the Bacon C.C. Bagel — toasted bagel with
cream cheese, bacon and her addition of avocado. They both had the
OG green juice as well — celery, cucumber, pineapple, apple, kale and
spinach. It tasted just as fresh as we expected and so, so good.
The takeaway: We will definitely be back. It’s a breath of fresh air to
have such fresh options right in the center of West Cape May — walking
distance to most places, too!

Undertow
Terry O’Brien’s legendary column... social satire, shameless plugs — and general self-indulgence
Undertow: It takes an army of 87,000
IRS agents to keep us down. If you’re
reading this it means we both survived
my 12-day, 14-gig, 51-set gauntlet that
ended last Tuesday night on the big stage at
the Stone Harbor Water Tower with the Terry
O’Brien Band. (I name all my bands after
myself in case I misplace them, and someone
needs to return them to their owner.) To
paraphrase my least favorite band ever, what
a long, strange trip it was. My voice was fairly
well shot by Tuesday night, but there’s nothing
that ails you that 600 people singing along to
“Spirit in the Night” won’t cure. For that, I am
grateful, because that’s why we do it.
After the show my guitarist and co-lead
vocalist, Nancy Malcun, informed me she was
just beginning her own two-week run of singing
every day and I wanted to throw myself off
a bridge in sympathy. I’ve also come up with
my favorite way to introduce her at our gig.
“I’m the best singer in the world, but Nancy is
the best singer in the band.” I feel it’s accurate.
So anyway, thanks to all of you who came
out to catch a show or two or offered an
encouraging word or, most importantly, sent
me a Tito’s and club. You all made a difference.
But especially the Tito’s.
Thank You of the Week: At one of these
shows my dear, dear friend Mike Dignen
made his 999th FREEBIRD! joke. One more
you get a free set of steak knives. (I don’t know
how Eileen deals with him, honestly…)
New Best Friend of the Week: Kelly Burke
at Pelican Point (a senior living facility in
North Cape May). She greets me with a smile
every Thursday morning while I’m dropping
off magazines. As someone who aspires to
one day be a senior citizen, I hope I’m still as
cool as Kelly when (if?) I get there.
As a regular Thursday morning listener
of WCFA 101.5 (they program it just for me!)
I kept hearing promo spots for Joe Frank,
an audio storyteller that will be on WCFA
Saturdays at 8pm and Sundays at 10pm.
Curious, I looked him up on YouTube and
streamed a couple of shows and, man, what
insane, clever, funny stuff. It’s what Undertow
would be if I had any talent.
I believe I caught the crew at Cape Harbor
Shell unaware when I dropped off their magazines
and greeted them with a hearty, “What’s
up, fudgers?” Only I didn’t say “Fudge.” I said
THE word, the big one, the queen-mother of
dirty words, the “F-dash-dash-dash” word!
(That is a pretty solid A Christmas Story joke.)
Ran into my old friend Tom Cupp (see
you pee pee, heh) at Nikki’s Cafe, an excellent
little juice and breakfast joint in the same
complex as Ostara’s and Chez Michel, giving
you THREE tremendous breakfast options
about 50 steps from each other.
I’ll be honest, I thought Tom was
on his way out about 20 years ago
when he was battling some serious
health issues, but he looks
absolutely fantastic, trim and fit
with his ever-present back pocket
hankie. A living testament to the
healing effects of stubbornness
and walking around in the body
of a national champion ballroom
dancer.
I was born in 1970, which
means I’ve seen basically the
entire evolution of modern technology.
So, for someone who
thought PONG was the peak of
human entertainment, I sure do
get filled with rage when my Roku
takes three seconds to stream
something.
I’ll tell you what, the
Sensational Soul Cruisers may
have lost a little off their fastball,
but they still bring the juice. Last
Wednesday at Ferry Park I never
saw so many white people dancing
to non-white music. It was
awesome.
I’m sad about Big
Wednesdays coming to an end for
a few reasons. One, I’ll miss hearing
great bands every Wednesday
night. Second, I’ll miss that
sweet, sweet emcee paycheck.
But mostly it means I have to fill
an extra few paragraphs a week
with non-Big Wednesday related
material. So, you can expect a lot
more fart jokes now.
It’s my 30th season in Cape
May and it took me this long to
finally hit A Ca Mia for dinner.
Jackson and I picked up Cathrine
from her new job at Cape May
Peanut Butter Co. and settled
in for a cozy meal. George, our
server (though with his accent
it’s probably spelled Giorgio or
Gheorghe, I couldn’t quite place
it), took great care of us and my
veal parm was perfect. Next time
we’ll get the tiramisu because
Ben & Jerry’s was out of chocolate
ice cream. I remember one
of the first things I ever wrote
for this column was, “I went to
the Cinnabon and they were out
of cinnamon buns.” This felt like
that. But it was nice seeing Maya
Daley behind the counter not getting
screamed at by her manager.
(As she was at her previous job. I
mean, who yells at Maya?)
Note to Diane Stopyra (Mrs
Jack Wright): Judy Piper says hi
and she thinks you’re awesome.
Me? I’m not so sure…
The best thing about She-Hulk
(so far) are the clues it seems
to be dropping about a possible
“World War Hulk” scenario
which would lead us directly into
“Secret Wars” and if you understand
any part of this sentence,
I’m sorry that you, too, wasted
your childhood on comic books.
My wife lost a dear friend
last week. She cried for several
hours over several days. I feel like
when I go, she’s going to sigh
and be like, “Well, that took long
enough” then go to the pool.
Song Lyrics of the Week: My
acoustic partner, Jerry Kolber, is
about as nice a guy as you’ll ever
meet and I would never intentionally
make fun of him, but I
absolutely lost my shit when he
forgot the words to “Cats in the
Cradle” and covered with, “...
and he grew, and he grew, and he
grew, and he grew… and my boy
was just like me, yeah.” I laughed
for five minutes.
Was nice of David and Sharon
Cassidy to swing by for a Terry
O’Brien Trio set last Wednesday.
Dave also recently celebrated a
birthday. 29, I think. David is a
big muckety-muck at WCFA and
is another in a long line of people
I can’t convince that a Cape May
podcast would make millions.
Lastly this week, in his ongoing
mission to motivate me to
lose weight, Jack Wright pulled
into the ferry parking lot the other
night, pretended he was going to
run me over, then said, “No way
I’d hit you. There’d be too much
damage to my car.” Laugh it up,
fuzzball.
’Til next week, don’t get
caught in The Undertow.

I’m not into macho films — no Fast and
Furious or Die Hard for me. So, when I
heard there was a new movie from the
Predator franchise, my first thought was
“not for me.” Actually, my first thought
was, “Wait, that movie was a franchise?”
In 1987, the first Predator film starred
Schwarzenegger. Wow, even less interest.
Well… that’s not fair because I did like
Terminator. Still, I never saw the first movie.
There were three direct sequels over the next
31 years — and there were spinoff flicks as
well. Missed them all.
Last month, Hulu released an original
prequel to the series called Prey. My stepsons
educated me on the premise because they’re
big fans. People fight against an alien super
killer. He can become invisible and has super
strength and agility. And he was born to slay
quickly and surely.
So why did I like this installment so much?
Our hero in Prey is not a macho stereotype like
Schwarzenegger. Quite the opposite. Our hero
is played by Amber Midthunder. She is, well,
The Movie Column
By arts columnist Tom Sims
first she is a she. That’s already got my attention.
Next, she is a member of the Comanche
tribe living in the 1700s, and she’s trying to
prove herself a warrior among a group of male
counterparts. Okay, now you really have my
attention. Remember the 2016 documentary
The Eagle Huntress? The main character was a
13-year-old who was the only girl in her tribe
to tame an eagle. She was a boss!
Midthunder is a boss too! When her male
tribe members all tell her to stay home and
cook or gather, she defies them. Good thing,
because she’s the only one who can tell there’s
an invisible killer on the loose. She is the one
who realizes the monster nobody can see is
not going after the prey like rabbits or bison.
The invisible murderer is going up against
those who are predators, like tigers… and the
men in her tribe.
The suspense is palatable. The action is
not as gruesome as you might think. Okay
sure, there’s blood and guts, but it’s not nearly
as gratuitous as you would think from a film
in this series. Remember, I caught enough
scenes when my stepsons were watching.
Who knew this Predator could switch it up?
Guess that’s why producers did an about face
on the name.
In this movie, did the tribal nations speak
in the language of the 1700s? No, their dialect
is updated for contemporary viewers. But you
overlook that. Because our hero is empowered
and dead set to kick alien ass. And who’s a big
fan now?
Bird Droppings
Dispatches from the nation’s birdwatching capital… by Seymore Thanu
Every morning, now, the trees are
vibrating with migrating warblers.
Each is a miracle in itself, taken
together, they constitute one of the
natural wonders of the planet.
Today I was treated to a handful of Blackthroated
Green Warblers, two American
Redstarts, a Northern Parula, a Black-andwhite
Warbler and a very grotty Yellowrumped
Warbler. All were feeding frantically,
snapping up insects to fuel the next leg of their
journey. Weighing just slightly over a quarter
some of these birds’ journey over six thousand
miles, much of it over water and at night.
Why over water? Great circle route (shortest
distance between two points) Why at night?
It’s cooler so birds won’t dehydrate, and they
are invisible to hunting hawks also migrating.
These are not flocking birds, but migrants
do communicate with each other using flight
calls to encourage each other across the dark
miles. You can hear them on still nights, the
chips and zeets of warblers, and the snorts
and bleats of thrushes. Most birds migrate
following the passage of a cold front, using
the northwest tailwinds to save energy, then
off the West Indies or coast of South America
they let the Trade Winds blowing off north
Africa carry them on the home stretch.
A quick flurry of wings beats a brief
close-winged glide but no rest until shore is
reached. The birds burn the fat they lay down
prior to migration because it has twice the
energy of protein and, when metabolized, fat
produces water to keep birds hydrated. No
fat? Bird is probably won’t make it unless it
finds lots of energy rich food.
In recent years we have noted increasing
numbers of Blackpoll Warblers in Cape May.
They arrive mostly in October and appear
to feast upon the invasive, but sugar-rich,
porcelain berries that festoon the forest canopy.
It is also one of the reasons this invasive
vine proliferates. The birds spread the
seeds. We don’t know what caused the shift
in Blackpoll’s migratory pattern but if it is
successful, it will be perpetuated.
The Cape May increase occurred despite
overall falling numbers of Blackpolls. This
decline is part of a continental trend among
North American songbirds. It is estimated
that North America has lost close to three
billion birds in the last 50 years. This is an
unsustainable rate of attrition, so this fall,
step outside and marvel at the sound of
migrating birds passing overhead. We may be
the last generation to witness this miracle of
migration on a grand scale.
The Activity Column
Catherine Dugan’s guide to getting out there... this week, try your hand at clamshell pitching!
Let’s shell-ebrate the humble clam,
which was probably the first shell you
ever plucked off the beach. Perhaps
you were an economic prodigy and
recognized the inherent value that led
cultures all over the world to use clam shells
as currency, or perhaps you just thought it was
pretty. Cape May lovers tend to recognize that
these common bivalves are pretty special.
Clams have been around since before the
age of the dinosaur and were already ancient
during the Jurassic Period. As individuals,
clams are among the longest-lived creatures
on the planet — an individual clam harvested
in Iceland was 405 years old. There are 1200
different species of clams, and their shell
patterns are as unique as snowflakes. On the
east coast, we generally see clams organized
by size in fish markets — from gumball-sized
count neck, to littleneck, top neck, cherrystone
and palm-sized chowders, but the largest
clam ever recorded weighed 750 pounds.
Clams, like other shellfish, are filter feeders,
so they clean the water as they feed.
Clamshells are useful in building — they can
be crushed and added to concrete for more
sustainable construction, and they have been
used to create pathways for centuries. They
are also decorative, even if you don’t need an
ashtray. And, of course, you can eat them.
Serve clams any way you like, as long
as they reach an internal temperature of 140
degrees. Soak them in clear water for 20 minutes
to clear any remaining grit. Steam them,
grill them, or make clams casino or oreganata.
Visit Cape May Fish Market for delicious fried
clams or the Lobster House for clam chowder;
then, switch and compare. With a couple cans
of chopped clams, you can enjoy linguine and
clams on a rushed weeknight or whip up a dip
to bring to a party. Few other species are so
deliciously adaptable.
Clams also give young people a fun tournament
to mark the end of summer. The
Rich Reinhart Junior Clamshell Pitching
Tournament is on Friday, September 3 on
Windsor Beach (across from Congress Hall)
in Cape May. Registration begins at 11am and
it is free for kids in two age groups: ages 6 to
11 and 12 to 17. The rules of clamshell pitching
are simple — each player tosses a clamshell
about toward a hole. Closest to the hole is
one point; in the hole is two. There will be
instructors, so even beginners can have fun,
and distances are age adjusted. Shells are provided,
or you can bring your own, and winners
receive trophies. For more, contact the City of
Cape May at 609-884-9565.
The Answer Lady invites inquiries from
gentle readers on all manner of relationship
quandaries, matters of the
heart and ethics. If you’d like to send
a query, write to info@exitzero.us. Or,
simply sit back, enjoy a cup of coffee and contemplate
the wisdom herein.
Dear Answer Lady
I’ve been dating a man much older than
me for about a year. He is a Sugar Daddy —
he pays for everything when we go out and
helps me with my mortgage. I don’t love him,
but we get along well. However, I noticed he’s
starting to get a bit controlling and it escalated
a few days ago. We just got off the Cape May
Whale Watcher cruise and I suggested we stop
at Mayer’s Tavern for dinner. He said, no he
wasn’t hungry, but I was. He said, too bad and
told me I talked to strangers on the cruise more
than him. I made him take me home. He said,
“Ok, but I don’t want to talk to you for week.”
The problem is we have a trip to the Bahamas
next month. Should I cave to his foul mood or
demand he treat me better? — Sugar Cube
The Answer Lady
Wise answers to perplexing questions
Dear Sugar
You think the trip to the Bahamas is your
problem? Wake up and smell the coffee, girl. It’s
over. He sees you as a disposable commodity.
People with money often think they can buy
loyalty and affection. He clearly thinks you
are dependent on him, and no longer has to
treat you with respect or kindness. Get a parttime
job so you can bridge the financial gap his
departure will cause. And move the hell on.
Dear Answer Lady
I’ve been dating online for about a year and
noticed something odd happening. The men I
meet lately seem to be inordinately interested
in my financial status. They want to know what
kind of job I have and if it comes with benefits.
I have a very good job that pays exceptionally
well but does not provide benefits. Three men
in the last month have backed off when they
found that out. I saw no reason to hide it, but
am I ever to find Mr. Right unless I get a job
with benefits? —Miss Lonely Heart
Dear Miss Lonely
You clearly are looking for love on the
wrong websites. Find another avenue that
attracts a partner more interested in you than
your portfolio. Quelle Deadbeats! The Answer
Lady’s wonders what questions are you asking
them? What are your priorities in finding Mr.
Right? Answering that question could put you
on terra firma. You might want to try old school
— a bar. The Brown Room, Carney’s, Saltwater
Café or the Barefoot Bar might be places to, at
the very least, have a nice conversation.
RAIDER is a nine-year-old boy whose owner
could no longer take care of him. He loves to
play in the yard and is most comfortable when
he’s outside. His leash skills are wonderful
and is treat motivated — he loves to please the
humans in his life. Raider would be best in an
active home and would be good with children,
cats and other dogs.
RILEY is a dear senior gentleman whose
owner left him when he moved. Despite being
left behind, he still trusts people and is good
in a home with other dogs, cats and children.
Riley loves to run around the yard — tennis
balls are his favorite toy to fetch — and has
great leash manners. He will be a terrific family
pet.
EVEREST is a large two-year-old boy who
still thinks he is a puppy and was surrendered
when he was too active for the children in his
family. He loves everyone he meets including
other animals, although he needs a slow introduction.
Everest is crate trained and would be
a wonderful pet for a family with large dog
experience.
Enrich Your Life... Adopt An Animal
Three beautiful cats from the Cape May County Animal Shelter and Adoption Center... call 609-465-8923
THEO is a dynamic kitten who is always ready
to play. The first few months of his life were
difficult and it’s time he finds a new family
to show him the love he deserves. He is very
affectionate and active. He is up to date on
all vaccinations neutered. Theo would also
be good in a home with other cats, dogs and
children.
VANILLA BEAN is a friendly and affectionate
kitty who is ready for a new home. She and
about 40 of her relatives were brought to the
shelter when their home was condemned to
due to a fire. You would never know Vanilla
Bean experienced such trauma. She is so
sweet and loves attention. She would be good
in a home with other cats and dogs.
SHUBERT has had quite the adventure before
he arrived at the shelter. He was rescued after
he climbed a tree and also noticed to have a
previous owner by how much he loved people.
Unfortunately, no one has come looking
for him and he is ready to find a new home.
Shubert is up to date on all vaccinations and
neutered.
Introducing BRAD GILBERT
Coastline’s newest team member!
We are happy to announce the addition of the newest Coastline family member,
Brad Gilbert, Realtor® Sales Associate. Brad was born and raised in Cape May
where he now resides with his wife, Ashley Gilbert, another Cape May native.
They have two young boys, Kane Karter (two-years-old), and Wade William, born
earlier this month on August 8. Brad is excited to be a part of our team and is
looking forward to expanding his real estate career at Coastline Realty.
Brad’s journey to becoming a real estate professional isn’t your typical
one. From spending half a decade in athletic programs in college providing
entertainment and fun to countless students, to becoming a director of Cape
May’s Recreation Department, and now following in his father’s footsteps
building and renovating homes throughout all of Cape May County. Throughout
Brad’s journey, he always looked to provide an “experience” to students and
customers, not just a transaction.
Behind all that Brad has done, he is looking to utilize his lifelong passion of
being a national recognized cheerleader to the real estate world. Meeting his
wife, traveling the country, winning multiple national titles, and teaching the
youth of the future this athletic activity helped propel Brad to a life of fastpaced,
exciting, and fun experiences. Now that Brad acquired his real estate
license, he’s eager to provide others, “Whether buying or selling real estate,
something to CHEER about!”
Brad can be contacted in the office (609) 884-5005, directly
(609) 602-2912, or via email at BradGilbert@CoastlineRealty.com
