Welcome to Carved & Crafted by UChicago <strong>Catering</strong>! Our mission is to provide you with exceptional quality,<br />

is available to assist<br />

in planning your special event Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm. Please contact our catering coordinators for<br />

customized service and menus.<br />

Policies & Procedures<br />

To ensure optimal selection and the best possible service we kindly ask that events be booked at least seven<br />

business days in advance. Less than seven days notice requires approval from the catering leadership team. We<br />

Billing & Payment<br />

We ask that contracts paid by PO are to be paid in full within 45 days following the event. Orders paid by GEMS or<br />

credit card are to be paid in full with in one business day following the event.<br />

Guest Counts<br />

We kindly request a confirmed number of guests be specified three business days prior to the event. This number is<br />

Special Diets<br />

Special diets are accommodated upon request, We kindly request that your needs be submitted five days prior to<br />

your event.<br />

Calorie Counts<br />

2000 calories a day is used for general nutrition advice, but calorie needs vary. Additional nutrition information is<br />

available upon request<br />

Linens, Floral, and Decor<br />

Please contact the catering department to order linens, floral, or other décor upgrades for your event needs.<br />

Delivery fees<br />

A delivery and/or retrieval fee will be applied for catering. This delivery/retrieval fee ranges from $20 to $100 and<br />

is determined by the location and event times.<br />

Service staff<br />

Depending on the logistics of your event, on-site staffing maybe required.<br />

Cancellation<br />

We kindly request cancellations be made five business days prior to the contracted event date. Less than two<br />

business days notice will result in being billed for the food and expenses.

Pineapple creme brûlée is composed of a rich and<br />

creamy custard base that is topped with a layer of hard<br />

caramel. The caramel topping adds a slight burnt sugar<br />

flavor and crunch to the dessert. Nestled in a pineapple<br />

BEAN PIE<br />

Warming spices, sugar, eggs, and milk, the taste of bean<br />
