The course covers CPT (Introduction, Guidelines, Evaluation,<br />
and Management), specialty fields (such as surgery,<br />
radiology, and laboratory), ICD-10 (Implementation and<br />
Guidelines), and basic claims processes for insurance<br />
reimbursement. Students will learn how to find the service<br />
and codes using manuals (CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS).<br />

incorporate SEO, advertising, email, social media, and more<br />
to develop an effective Internet marketing plan<br />
Pharmacy Technician<br />
Prepare to enter the pharmacy field and take the Pharmacy<br />
Technician Certification Board PTCB exam. Course content<br />
includes pharmacy medical terminology, pharmacy<br />
calculations, reading and interpreting prescriptions, defining<br />

Soft skills enable you to interact and engage with others to fully<br />
utilize hard skills. This series will help you uncover skills to achieve<br />

Drones Pilot: FAA Part-107 sUAS<br />
Become an FAA-certified drone pilot. This self-paced online training<br />
program includes 70 lessons that cover the concepts that the FAA<br />
has outlined in their UAS Airman Certification Standards across five<br />
key areas.<br />

REGISTRATION | Students must register and pay for each course before<br />
they attend the first class meeting. There is no application fee for<br />
Continuing Education students and tuition is the same for Florida residents<br />
and non-Florida residents. All classes listed in this brochure are non-credit<br />
and are not applied toward a degree at Broward College (unless otherwise<br />
stated).<br />

COURSE CANCELLATION | Broward College reserves the right to cancel<br />
any course that does not meet student enrollment requirements. If<br />
insufficient enrollment requires cancelling of a course, tuition fees will be<br />
fully refunded. Continuing Education reserves the right to cancel courses<br />
due to weather, emergencies, extenuating circumstances, or at the<br />
discretion of the college. Students will be contacted if cancellation impacts<br />
their schedule.<br />
WITHDRAWALS AND TRANSFERS | Withdrawals: A student may withdraw<br />
from a course or educational activity that has not started, by logging onto<br />
their Broward College account. The student will receive a 100 % refund<br />
between 10-15 business days back to the original method of payment used.<br />
Refunds: Students who register and pay for an educational activity, but do<br />
not attend, forfeit the entire registration fee. Online, Remote Learning, and<br />
Online-Live classes are not refundable once the class has begun. Email<br />
