ALISON’S STATEMENT

This last year has been challenging for the business as it has for most people but we

have remained positive in the fact that great quality food is one of the comforts that

everyone can still enjoy. Christmas is definitely the time to indulge and as always

you can be safe in the knowledge that we are still producing the fantastic quality that

you have come to know and love. We are one of the few online retailers that actually

produce everything ourselves, from pies to hams, sausages, and bacon. We don’t have

a massive turnover of products, instead, we see a more significant value in building

longstanding relationships with our customers, supporting ethical farming and

sustainability, and producing quality over quantity. We never take your support for

granted and we hope that you continue to keep coming back to us in the New Year to

taste our exciting new recipes!

Your order will be delivered by DPD, APC or Royal Mail any time between 9 am and 8 pm on the day

you have specified. Unfortunately, delivery is not guaranteed for any particular time during the day.

It is therefore essential that when ordering you provide instructions for the courier company should

you happen to be out when your goods are delivered. This could be an alternative house number, or

in a safe place on your property such as in your garage or porch. When ordering you could specify an

alternative delivery address such as your workplace, holiday home or to a friend or neighbour if that

proves to be more convenient. Please let us know as soon as possible if your order has not arrived

within the time frame.

All our products are sent to you fresh and securely packed by next working day delivery,

except those parcels going to more remote destinations which may take a little longer. If in

any doubt please speak to the customer services team on 01777 874 700. Please note, nextday

delivery to remote addresses on the UK mainland and UK Islands may not be possible.

If next-day delivery is vital, please order before 11 am and phone us to check. As we only sell

food items, there is no return facility, if you have any issues with your order, please contact

SHELF LIFE

All our products are suitable for freezing – even the

pork pies – We recommend that where possible

customers place orders to be delivered well in

advance of Christmas to reduce the strain and also

guarantee delivery in ample time so you have the

reassurance.

Freeze on day of purchase and when defrosting the

key is to defrost slowly a day or so before you wish

to use the item, this way you will still have a great,

fresh tasting product with some shelf life left.

Items suitable for freezing are clearly marked with

the freezer icon.

GIFTS

We are happy to add a personal message to

your parcel if sending it as a gift. Simply send
