They Both fish out of Newlyn throughout the southwest waters of the UK
We are based in Newlyn; therefore, we are very competitive on price.
Here at Cornwall Fish Direct, we pride ourselves on top quality Cornish fish.
We have first-hand dealings with the day boats and local fishermen and have
direct landings from our beautiful Cornish waters.
We have over 50 years’ experience in the fishing industry, this is mainly
due to the company directors Saul and Antony.
We have state of the art processing equipment including; blast freezers, a vacuum
packer and a skin packer. We also employ some of the best filleters in the business,
so we can pack and prep the fish to your requirements.

Here at Cornwall Fish Direct we are Proud to work alongside
other Cornish company's and to stock Quality Products.
Fowey Mussels are debearded and cleaned ready for use and are packed in
2kg Trays with a modified atmosphere providing a drip free easy to store
product with up to 8 days shelf life.
Fresh Hand Cut Scallops come in 1kg Tubs, and 1/2 Shell Scallops are sold
individually.
We also Stock mussels from Westcountry mussels they
have improved their onsite operations over the summer
of 2022 and are up and Running Ready for 2023

Organic Edible Cornish Seaweed
The Cornish Seaweed Company team are a small team of passionate seaweed foragers and
farmers based on West Cornwall’s rugged coast. We offer a range of organic seaweeds for use in
everyday cooking. Not sure how to cook seaweed? Start with our Seaweed Cookbook which is full
of tips, tricks and recipes. Or try some dishes in our Recipe section.
Our seaweeds have been lovingly hand-picked and are dried at low temperatures to preserve all
the nutrients you expect from your sea vegetables.
We Currently Stock a small Variety from the Cornish Seaweed company but have full access to
there range of products so if there is anything you would like us to the get we can.

Seafood & Eat It Processing Ltd, Newlyn, Cornwall
In the last 20 years Seafood & Eat It have worked hard to create the company, to
produce the finest crab products, such as Fresh and Pasteurised White and Brown
crab meat but also Dressed Crab.
Although we have the capability to supply the big retailers we also want to be
present more in Cornwall and support Local Businesses Such as Cornwall Fish Direct.
Sustainability & Social Responsibility
As a company we take our responsibility very seriously, all boats landing to us are
registered fishing vessels, we are stringent with our checks and procedures, to make
sure no undersized or egg laden females are landed to us.
We are also routinely checked by the Sea fish Authority and have always been
compliant with their strict monitoring rules.
We are one of the few crab processing companies in the UK that hold a BRC Grade
AA Accreditation, producing high quality handpicked crabmeat for: Retail, Wholesale
and Food Manufacturing.
Our ranges are: premium handpicked white crabmeat, Grade 2 white crabmeat (70%
handpicked meat, 30% purse), brown crabmeat and white body meat (purse), which
are available in fresh/ frozen & pasteurised. Also large and small quantities can be
supplied.

Severn & Wye Smokery
Master smokers, Severn & Wye have been curing fish for more than 30 years,
after founder Richard Cook discovered a passion for seafood aged just 19. At the
Severn & Wye Smokery, a traditional smoking process is preferred, and most of
the grading, cutting, filleting and curing is done by hand. Severn & Wye chip all of
their own oak wood, giving their smoked salmon a totally unique taste that you
won’t find elsewhere.
Beginning as a family business, the family feel is still an integral part of the
culture of Severn & Wye, with several team members having worked there for
over a decade. With an incredibly impressive array of sustainability credentials,
Severn & Wye are working towards having a zero-carbon footprint and absolutely
no fish waste. Over the past 20 years, they have only felled five oak trees to craft
their state-of-the-art smoker, and these have been replaced by 350 British
deciduous trees. With Severn & Wye, enjoy responsible seafood with outstanding
flavour.
