“Ability to relate the course content to

the work environment. Very experienced

and knowledgeable trainer.”

– Malaysia Central Bank (Penang Branch)

On 11 April 1997, TraDev Research Consultants (TRC) was officially incorporated. TRC

focuses in research, design and development of a wide genre of training programs.

For more than a decade, TRC withstood the trials and turbulences in the knowledge

industry. At the same time, TRC has also earned its credibility and reputation as a unique

and professional consulting, training and development provider. The success of TRC was

built on the foundation of the innovative and resourceful founder, Myocho Kan. The

founder has, from the very beginning, carved the path of TRC to what she is today.

Realizing that success cannot be sustained if the business is not redefined and reinvented,

the renaissance of TRC continues with the inception of Asian Alliance for Advancement

Sdn. Bhd., or aptly known as “3A”. 3A was formally incorporated on 27 January 2010.

3A – A Renaissance

3A is a private limited company incorporated with the vision to bring together experts

and professionals from Asia for Asia and the world. 3A’s business is primarily in

training, coaching, consulting, event and project management as well as technology

transfer. This is reflected in 3A’s corporate tagline, “Integrating Talents and

Technologies”. Our business covers 40 fields, including agriculture, branding, strategic

management, branding, manufacturing, intellectual property and personal development,

to name a few. These are facilitated by 3A Faculty and a network of associates

throughout Asia.

“…willingness to cover some relevant areas

outside the agenda was refreshing and

contributed to the overall success…”

– Mr. Ishan de Silva, Director Infrastructure

Services Management, DHL Asia-Pacific

3A was incorporated in January 2010 as a strategic succession of TraDev Research

Consultants. Also inherited are the sound principles of business and corporate

responsibilities from its predecessor. The “Philosophies of 3A” becomes the pillars of

growth and integrity, subscribed by all members of the Board of Directors, Board of

Governors, the management team, 3A Faculty and its associates.
