A professional ballet dancer turned graphic
designer, Katie Morone founded Line & Kind
Paper Co. in 2019 out of a need for self
expression. As a dancer and freelance graphic
designer she constantly helped others bring
their stories to life. Through innumerable stolen
moments Line & Kind turned into the creative,
expressive outlet that grew from passion
project to small business. With a love for linebased
illustration, thoughtful expressions, and
muted color palettes L&K aims to create Simple
Designs for Complex Sentiments.

You will recieve an invoice to confirm
your order, shipping address, and
payment information after we receive
your order. Payment may be made
with a credit card or check payable
to Line & Kind Paper Co. All Orders
must be paid in full before shipment.
Shipping
Shipping costs are paid by the buyer
and are included in your order invoice.
Our prefered shipment method
is USPS. Please specify if another
carrier service is requested. If an
order is time sensitive please contact
us or make a note in your order
so we can choose the best carrier for
your order. Line & Kind Paper Co.
Is not responsible for delays or damages
caused by the carrier services.
We do not ship international. All order
ship from our location in Dallas,
Texas.
Turnaround Time &
Backorders
All items will ship within 14 days of
your order being placed – usually
sooner. Larger orders may require
longer lead times and are dependent
on the items ordered. If a longer lead
time is needed the buyer will be contacted
as soon as possible.
MINIMUMS
Opening Order | $150.00
Reorder | $100.00
If an item(s) is on backorder the buyer
will be notified as soon as possible.
The order will continue to shipment
unless otherwise notified. Once the
item(s) is back in stock it will be
immediately shipped. Buyer remains
responsible for all shipping costs.
Product & Packaging
Greeting cards all include a coressponding
envelope and blank interiors.
All greeting cards and art prints come
in cellophane sleeves. We use recyclable
and/or compostable packaging for
all of our products where possible.
Display & Social Media
All of our products must be sold in
their original packaging. Sets may not
be broken up and/or sold individually.
Should you decide to post photos of
our work in your shop we would love
to see! Please tag us @lineandkind.
Returns & Exchanges
Unless the items are damaged on
arrival we do not offer returns. Damages
must be claimed within 3 days
of the shipments arrival. All products
must be unused and in their original
packaging. Exchanges are available
to items that are unused and in their
original packaging to the same credit
amount of said items.
Cancellations or changes to your
order must be made within 24 hours
of the order being placed.
