Every FRANKIA motorhome is built by our employees who are passionate about 

their work. They are all well trained specialists and build every motorhome with 

great skill as if it was their own. This is surely one reason why many innovations of 

the motorhome industry originate from the FRANKIA think tank. Needless to say, 

that every FRANKIA is full of sophisticated technology and the latest materials. 

The FRANKIA engineers have come up with plenty of ideas, also for the 2013 

product series. Besides the numerous small details that were improved, these 

are e.g. a bike garage for the FF2 low-profile model and the A 50 Plus coachbuilt 

model. A brand new floor plan is the 640 EB with one single rear bed, i.e. perfect 

for 3 persons.

At FRANKIA we put great emphasis on individuality. Therefore, we offer different floor-plans with different 

variations of seating groups, beds, kitchens and storage space. However, in any case with intelligent and 

well thought out use of space. 

Your chosen body length 

If you are 2, 3 or up to 6 people travelling together, with FRANKIA you do not have to compromise and 

get the space you need or which you would like to simply treat yourself to. FRANKIA offers different body 

lengths from the compact approx. 6.5 meters up to luxurious 9+ meters. 

Your selected body type 

A-Class or low-profile model? Or do you prefer coachbuilt? With FRANKIA, 

you can also decide on the body type. Your favourite floor-plan can be 

combined with almost every body type. 

Your requested chassis 

Does the Fiat chassis convince you? Or are you a long-term Mercedes driver? 

Depending on body type and vehicle length you can choose between Fiat, 

Mercedes or Iveco chassis for your FRANKIA motorhome.

FRANKIA also sets new standards when it comes to the equipment. 

A small motorhome can also be luxurious: you can choose all

The distinctive exterior design, the generous 

living ambiance, elegance and comfort will

Compact but still the perfect motorhome for three 

The new floor plan I 6400 EB is a manoeuvrable motorhome, which appears to be a lot more generous due to the intelligent layout. 

There is more than enough space for three people as well as plenty of storage space. Even bikes can be parked safely in a garage 

below the rear bed.

The I 930 QD-Car is your companion for luxurious holidays in a motorhome without compromise. The perfect symbiosis between design and

The space saving miracle now also available with garage for bikes 

FRANKIA proves once more how to make something that is already good even better: a new variation of the FF2 floorplan with bike garage. This 

makes the T 640 FF2 G model the ideal companion for active couples who would like to enjoy a lot of comfort with a vehicle of compact length. 

Special feature: The round seating group in the rear can easily be converted into two comfortable beds – simply pull up the backrests of the seating 

group. Thanks to the FRANKIA lowering washbasin there is enough space for a proper bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen. 

With the FF2 G the comfortable round seating group is raised by one step and therefore looks 

even more impressive.

Anything but ordinary: a low-profile model with drop-down bed 

If you love the extraordinary, the T 680 SD-B is just the right motorhome for you. Due to the drop-down bed which “floats” above the living 

area in the middle of the motorhome, there is enough space for a really large seating group. This means that during the day, you have a lot of 

space in the living room, at night you sleep in a large bed and in the morning you can freshen up in the spacious bath room. 

The comfortable seating group with flexible stool of the T 680 SD-B is exceptionally large for a vehicle of this length. The elegant kitchen design with high-gloss surfaces catches the eye.

Coachbuilt motorhomes are the classic vehicles 

for families. Especially the ED floor plan 

with bunk beds is very popular with families. 

FRANKIA is one of the few manufacturers 

who offer big sophisticated coachbuilt models 

on Fiat chassis with double floor. The large 

panoramic window above the luton bed makes 

this building type even more attractive. The A 

50 Plus floor plan with round seating group is 

now available with rear garage.

A floorplan that stands for comfort around the clock 

So many details which guarantee comfort combined in one motorhome! The large, cozy round seating group in the rear is the classic seating 

group in motorhomes. The two luton beds above the cabin have been newly designed and are easily accessible. Brand new feature: this floorplan 

now comes with a rear garage as standard. 

A big rooflight and additional side windows bring light and fresh air to the luton beds. The stable 

folding steps allow an easy access to the beds. 

COACHBUILT 

A 50 PLUS 

FRANKIA has re-invented the classic “round seating group” in the A 50 Plus – with two additional sleeping berths and two places with seatbelts. The seating 

group impresses even more because it is raised by one step from the kitchen.

What makes a family holiday perfect? If the parents as well as the children are having fun. With the A 680 ED you can create the ideal conditions 

for this. The childrens’ bedroom with bunk beds in the rear can be separated visually with a sliding door, a big kitchen, a spacious 

bathroom and a huge approx. 2 x 2 m luton bed for the parents. 

Children love the bunk beds in the rear (see left) and the parents can feel comfortable on the 

big duo-bed.

A good heating system in the motorhome is really important especially in winter. 

With FRANKIA, you therefore have the choice between 2 heating systems. 

FRANKIA has been offering the TRUMA air heating for years already. This heating 

system enables a rapid warmth production and is operated with gas. 

Alternatively, FRANKIA also offers the FRANKIA Polar heating (standard from 

790/7900 upwards, option for the other lengths, not available for FF2). This warm 

water heating makes the heat distribution in the whole motorhome possible, 

from the cabin to the rear bed. As this system needs quite a long time to get cosy 

warmth, the FRANKIA Polar heating is supported by the auxiliary heating of the 

chassis as standard. The auxiliary heating compensates this delay in heating time

If you travel in countries in which it is not often possible to clean up your sewage, FRAN- 

KIA offers a 80 ltr dejection tank as option (depending on floor-plan, to be checked). The 

advantage is that you have the traditional Thetford cassette and you use the dejection tank 

by means of a pump only when you need it. 

Thanks to the ideal position of the water and sewage tanks in the heatable double floor, 

the tanks remain frost free (down to -15°C).

The original double floor concept 

Fresh and waste water tank are 

integrated in the double floor. 

All motorhomes on Mercedes chassis with body length 7400, 7900 (5t) 

and 8400 (5t) are built on a Mercedes high frame chassis with FRANKIA 

double floor. Thanks to a step in the rear area the fresh and waste water 

tanks are installed in the heated double floor. Side lowerings on both 

sides provide more storage space. The upper rear area gets a tail unit 

which is now a striking characteristic in the design of the big FRANKIA 

motorhomes on Mercedes chassis.

The FRANKIA body concept is based on the well-tried glass 

fibre (GRP) outer skin with high-strength aluminium profiles 

instead of wooden profiles. This, combined with cleverly-devised 

damp-resistant insulation made of Styrofoam, results 

in a structure which decrees optimal climate characteristics. 

The Styrofoam insulation is moulded around the aluminium 

profiles for a better stability of the walls and to avoid 

thermal bridges.

FRANKIA thinks ahead – also with regard to the fresh water supply. Does the following sound familiar? During your holidays – especially in the warm South – the 

water stays in the 150 l water tank for a couple of days and is thus of course more susceptible to germs. The FRANKIA employees have come up with a special idea

water only). The movable 20 l fresh water tank is easily accessible and can therefore be cleaned without any great effort.

The unladen weight as per EN1646-2 

consists of: Empty weight of the vehicle 

in the respective base equipment 

or version incl. driver (75kg), full fuel 

tank, 100% of the fresh water tank 

and gas cylinder. The unladen weight 

(and the possible payload or number 

of persons) changes in case of different 

motorisation or extra equipment 

as well as installation of special equipment. 

Deviations within working tolerances 

are possible and admissible . 

The specified payload refers to the 

unladen weight as indicated in (1). 

The specified possible payload depends 

on the unladen weight and is 

reduced by the weight of the special 

equipment installed (the values can 

be found in the price list or be obtained 

by your dealer in case these 

are Frankia options). Provided that the 

load proportioning is adequate. We 

explicitly point out that passengers 

and luggage are part of the payload. 

The maximal payload for conventional 

load is determined as follows: 75 kg 

per passenger, personal equipment 

(10 kg luggage per passenger and driver 

+ 10 kg per meter of the vehicle 

length) and rest payload which can be 

used for installation of special equipment 

or additional luggage. 

The number of persons specified depends 

on the payload; i.e. if special 

equipment is installed, the number 

of persons might be reduced. (see 

(2) - nach EN1646-2) 

The vehicles are partly shown with 

options which are available at extra 

costs. 

Your FRANKIA dealer will be pleased 

to inform you about the standard 

equipment of the individual models. 

Deviations in working tolerances (+/- 

5%) concerning the information about 

scope of delivery, dimensions and

Price, design, equipment are subject to change. 

Up to 12% rise: With increasing height the engine power is reduced. From 1000m above sea 

level and each further 1000 m, you have to reduce respectively 10% of the trailer weight of the 

combination weight. 

Every change of the state of the vehicle as it was when the motorhome left the factory can result 

in problems concerning driving safety and traffic safety. 

Options and original spare parts recommended by FRANKIA are developed especially for your 

vehicle and were released by us. Your FRANKIA dealer has these products for sale; he is informed 

about admissible technical details and he can carry out the necessary work competently. Optional 

parts, construction parts, reconstruction parts or installation parts which were not released by 

Frankia can result in damage of the vehicle or in problems concerning the traffic safety. They can 

also lead to the reduction of the possible payload. Even if there exists a certificate of an expert, a 

general type approval for parts, or a building permit for these parts, there is no supposition that the 

products are in suitable state. 

Please understand that for damage caused by products which were not released by FRANKIA or 

by changes which were not admissible, no liability is undertaken. 

Please pay attention to the fact that particularly for the installation of rear construction parts as 

motorcycle carrier, trailer coupling, or the load of the rear garage (depending on floor plan) the 

prescribed axle loads have to be respected. 

The prices specified for special equipment are only valid within the scope of new series production. 

Retrofit of special equipment is partly not possible or only possible at considerable additional 

expenditure.
