Comfortable, stylish, and affordable safety helmets imprinted with your custom company logo. For your custom logoed hardhats, visit msasafety.com or your authorized MSA distributor. Logo Artwork and How to Supply It: ❱ Save files in their native format. (e.g., CorelDRAW, Illustrator, or Photoshop) PC-compatible files only. Vector files preferred. [For text, you must use the "create outlines" option in Illustrator, or "convert to curve" option in CorelDRAW.] ❱ Save all rasterized files (e.g., JPEG, TIFF) at 300 dpi min. The greater the resolution, the better the reproduction quality. ❱ Include the Pantone Matching System (PMS) numbers of your colors, and font style. ❱ Provide all linked graphics. ❱ Make a test print of your file. If you cannot print it, then neither can we. ❱ Send your artwork to the MSA distributor who takes your order. Order Requirements Minimum order quantity is 20 hardhats 1 . ❱ Style mix: Orders using the same custom logo may mix cap & hat style hardhats. ❱ Model mix: Orders for two different hardhat models are allowed, though models are limited to V-Gard® and Advance® Helmets. Logos are extremely scratch-resistance and durable, water-proof and UV-resistant. MSA can ship your new custom-imprinted logo helmets (in min. quantities of as few as 20) in five working days after artwork proof is approved! MSA’s Logo Express® Service offers choice of two types of logo imprinting services: 1. Standard printing process prints up to four logo colors on hardhats. 2. Image2000sm Service premium process reproduces photographic images onto the helmet 2 . Custom Logo Process Made Simple Step 1: Choose your hardhat Refer to MSA's Safety Products Catalog (bulletin #5555-82-MC) for a list of MSA hardhats. All MSA hardhats can have a custom logo 3 . Step 2: Custom logo position Step 3: Your custom logo ❱ Color(s): For best results, use the Pantone Matching System (PMS), where each color is represented by a number. ❱ Logo size: If not stated, logo will be sized to appear as large as possible. ❱ Font style: If needed, please note font style of text. ❱ Number of colors: Color limit is four separate colors when using our standard logo process. Step 4: Approval process After MSA's Logo Express Service receives all information and artwork required to customize your hardhats you will be receive a finished design proof. Questions?
