The following is a high-level summary of the various diagnostic tools that are available on the server: ■ LEDs – Status indicators are provided on the server’s front and rear panels as well as on some FRUs. ■ ILOM – The Integrated Lights Out Manager (ILOM) firmware runs on the service processor and is the central software resource for identifying and managing problems in the server. 15
