including fruits that will satisfy anyone’s cravings. Spring is a time
of new beginnings, perfect for attempting new, imaginative recipes.

Strawberry Cheesecake Pie with
Strawberry Whipped Cream
Strawberries are often the first thing to come to mind while making
springtime treats. Enjoy them at your next picnic or dinner party with
this light and fluffy cheesecake pie!
Ingredients
Whipped Cream
1 1/2 cups chopped strawberries
1 3/4 cups heavy whipping cream, cold
1 cup powdered sugar
Filling
8 ounces whole fat cream cheese
6 tablespoons sugar
1 large egg
1/2 cup strawberries blended/pureed
(about 6-8 large strawberries)
Crust
1 3/4 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 large egg*
1 large egg yolk*
1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons butter*
*room temperature
