MOBILE PLANT<br />

But the idea of a mobile plant was associated with<br />

Matec has always produced small mobile plants<br />
which deliver great results. We perceived the need of<br />
our clients for a mobile plant with the same features<br />
of our largest filter press filtration systems. That is<br />

The RoboWash system has been designed and developed by<br />
Matec to ensure a perfect cleaning of he plates filtering cloths<br />
of the filterpress.<br />
This washing system can remove each residual Material that<br />
sticks on the cloths.<br />
It is installed above the filterpress plates on two guiding beams.

MARBOLINE <strong>CUBE</strong><br />
The Matec 100% mobile plant on skid<br />
“MARBOLINE” is designed and manufactured<br />
for the quarry, in which there are different<br />
collecting points for water and plant mobility<br />
is an essential requirement. The plant is an<br />
efficient solution also for stone processing<br />
workshops.<br />
Through a complete and compact solution,<br />
Matec guarantees great results in terms of<br />
quantity and quality to recover and reuse the<br />
water used for quarrying and processing.<br />
Meanwhile, the dry cake output can be<br />
dispose of easily and cheaply.<br />
A Matec plant on skid installs one AQUÆ 400<br />
filter press with a variable number of plates<br />
and also all the other components a complete<br />
