The purpose of the final plat is to dedicate easements necessary for completing the development of the property as an electrical substation. Recommended for approval as submitted. Agenda Item No. 5d Preliminary Plat: Normandy Estates Addition, Block A, Lot 5 Applicant: CM Plano, LP Day care center on one lot on 1.7± acres located at the northwest corner of Tennyson Parkway and West Spring Creek Parkway. Zoned Commercial Employment. Neighborhood #14. The purpose for the preliminary plat is to propose easements necessary for the development of the site as day care center. Recommended for approval subject to additions and/or alterations to the engineering plans as required by the Engineering Department.
