Vol. XXXII No. 6 June 2012 WATER PLAY BEGIN JUNE 18. Water play will begin on June 18 and run until August 3. Details of water play days for specific classrooms can be found deeper into the newsletter. The Young & the Restless INFANT - The Infant room hopes all our Mothers had a wonderful Mother’s Day. As we say good-bye to May and hopefully the rain, we welcome June with open arms. Yes, Summer is officially on its way and water play and other festivities are ready to start. Alice is on the move. There is no stopping her. Alice can be found clapping to her favorite song during Music Time. Mark is visiting the Toddler room. He will make a transition soon. We cannot wait to see what else Mark will say. First it was “bird”, then “ flower.” What is next? Hailey is spending her time dancing away. Come in and see her move to the music. She will carry on a great conversation. Charlie is liking the playground. He is pushing the push toys and feeling the sand in the sandbox with his fingers. Mary is running, not walking! Watch your legs when she is on a roll. Ryan is pulling up and coasting and coasting. When someone is being fed in the highchair, Ryan will come over and say, “Hello” popping his head up and babbling. Come over during lunch time and check out Joseph eating his corn on the cob. Joseph is still our ladies’ man. He always has his award winning dimple and infectious smile. He is standing alone for more periods of time. Lauren made her way from crawling to pulling up. She does not want to miss anything. She is always attentive, smiling during story time. She watches closely at to what will happen next. Elena loves her puffs. She always has a smile for Clara when they have conversations. Joss makes it to anyone with shoelaces. She likes to check to make sure they are tied. What a fashion expert. She has the best clothes to show off. Matthew can be found checking out his good looks in the long mirror while in the Activity Area. Get ready. We welcome two new babies this month. We cannot wait to see what surprises they have in store for us. Have a wonderful June and remember your sun screen. JUNE 2012 1
