I present seven logit models for pricing above the range: model 1 with only control variables, model 2 with Income logic, model 3 with Growth logic, model 4 representing the full model with both institutional logic variables, model 5 controlling for offering year fixed effects, model 6 additionally clustering issuers by four-digit SIC codes with REML estimation, and model 7 replacing the Baker-Wurgler index with five constituent proxies.
