P AGE 6 Free Parent Seminar on ‘Adolescent Issues’ Drugs, Alcohol, Partying & Peer Pressure Presented by Cath Behan at Padua College - Mornington Campus TERM 1, ISSUE 12 Adolescence is a period of transition, as young people begin changing from a child to an adult. Parents of adolescents may also have concerns about their child during this period. Common concerns relating to the adolescents include risk-taking behaviour, mood swings, drug experimentation, rebelliousness, wasting time and problems at school.
