Jeffrey, here is my

Jeffrey, here is my take. -If we are to do this the Village needs to post signs on Waukegan prohibiting truck deliveries. -On Larry's plan I see no need for the middle turn aisle. I think it actually is more dangerous. -On either plan why aren't there handicap spaces closer to the Church or Park Dist they use it as much or more. . -I think on either plan you have an issue with the parking be it angle or straight with the curb parking of cars to the North, maybe we can get the Church to agree to eliminate .those and keep it limited to loading and unloading in that aisle on the north side - I realize that is Church property. -Larry's plan is much safer from a directional and flow issue as to the one way angle parking. I think the traffic flow should be what guides this plan - not the amount of spaces. -On the Village plan there should be a sign prohibiting trucks from turning east down the middle aisle. It is unnecessary in the Larry plan since it is one way west already. But on both plans there should be a no truck sign prohibiting movement down the north aisle. -I can't tell from either plan if there is sufficient and safe clearance for a truck to enter the lot and make a turn down the South aisle and then back west down the middle aisle. -I can not tell from either plan but the east side should be limited to loading and unloading only. Maybe the sign can limit this to certain hours and then be stripped to permit parking at other times although I would prefer not at the end of an aisle - again for safety reasons. -On the Village Plan I believe the 4 parking spaces at the North East turn at the end of the aisle are dangerous and should be removed. -The bike rack is a nice touch but who is it to benefit7- If we are to have it, keep it fenced from entering from the lot and let it be entered only from the street. Why have bikes riding through the lot - it is dangerous. -I still see this as a balancing act of safety and sight. I and I believe the VCDC believe C.. \ /"'7
