Greetings REALTIST® and Friends,
It is with great enthusiasm I welcome you to the TAREB 66th
Annual Conference at the Marriott Westlake by way of the
great city of Fort Worth. Fort Worth is known for its historic
Stockyards and Sundance Square District, both highlight its
rich southern history and hospitality. Please take the time to
visit some of the city’s attractions, restaurants, and shops.
TAREB works through partnerships with local and state
businesses and like-minded organizations which help
promote fair housing and assist its local chapters in
providing meaningful events and opportunities to service
members and provide information to consumers. TAREB’s
annual conference was born out of this directive. As
REALTIST® we create opportunities to accomplish the mission so that when one door closes,
we are prepared to pivot!
Change can be scary, but it also signifies the hope of something new. Let this be the year of
new beginnings. Our mission remains the same Democracy in Housing, but how we arrive at
our goal must stay fluid, strategic and progressive. “Taking a New Direction to Reach New
Heights” in achieving Black wealth through home ownership is what this year’s conference
agenda reflects. Business development innovations, marketing trends, industry changes
affecting your business now and into the future are a few of the building blocks you will find at
the conference this year to strengthen your capabilities and move you in the direction of
success.
I want to give a resounding expression of gratitude to our conference Chair Lora L. Washington
and her dedicated team who worked tirelessly to bring the vision to fruition. I hope that you
will enjoy the robust agenda of classes, break-out sessions, networking opportunities, vendors
display, the Top 20 Gala and Scholarship awards program and the finale, Community Day. We
are the Premier Network of Black Real Estate Professionals and so I echo our national President
Lydia Pope, “lets pledge to share our perspectives, support each other, and move forward a
dedicated team of diversified partners who never give up on our unified purpose!

of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers as your
President-Elect.
Congratulations to the Texas Association of Real Estate
Brokers as you celebrate your 66th Annual Conference. As a Texas REALTIST® and
a past TAREB President, it gives me great pride to greet and welcome each of you.
"Taking a New Direction to Reach New Heights" is our theme and mantra for this week.
Under the direction of our State President, Kimberley Barnes-Henson, and the TAREB
Board of Directors I am certain that this theme will be personified throughout the
conference as we experience enlightening training and meaningful networking
opportunities.
As REALTISTS®, it is our duty and diligence to continue the fight and provide wealthbuilding
opportunities for African Americans, and to increase the rate of
homeownership. Our conferences serve as opportunities for us to recharge and retool to

On behalf of the Town Council, staff, and residents, I would
like to welcome you all to the Town of Westlake. It is our
pleasure to host your 66th Annual Texas Association of Real
Estate Brokers conference here at the Marriott. Westlake
remains one of the most pioneering communities in the
country. From the highest development standards of a

Bishop Marvin L. Sapp is a passionate orator and biblical teacher, who desires to be a
living epistle glorifying our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ both in word and deed who is the
Co-Founder of Lighthouse Full Life Center Church in Grand Rapids, Michigan and the
Senior Pastor of The Chosen Vessel Cathedral in Fort Worth, Texas as well as the Asst.
Presiding Bishop of the Global United Fellowship, which consists of 2200 churches in
22 countries. Many say his voice is instantly recognizable with a characteristically
raspy ringing with power and authority as he masterfully illustrates with excellence
the Word of God. Not only is his delivery exemplary, but his knowledge of the
historical text brings to life the message of hope & and healing.
“Not a singer that happens to preach, but a Preacher called
by God who is gifted to sing.”
Singing since age four, he has shared the stage with many gospel notables and his
gift is celebrated across musical genres. He began singing with the gospel group
Commissioned in 1990. In 1996, God led him to go solo. He released his first CD
“Marvin Sapp”, then Grace and Mercy”, then his CDs were as follows: "Nothing
Else Matters”, “I Believe”, “Diary Of A Psalmist”, “Be Exalted”, “Thirsty”, “Here I
Am”, “I Win” and in 2013 he released his Christmas Card CD that featured his three
children. The backdrop for the CD “I Win” came from him mitigating the pain of the loss of his wife through
conversations with God. The title “Here I Am” for gospel star Marvin Sapp is more than a little ironic when one
considers that, “Never Would Have Made It” from his 2007 release “Thirsty” has been among the most ubiquitous
gospel and R&B songs. According to Billboard, Marvin Sapp single “Best In Me” matched the 2008 peak of his
seminal “Never Would Have Made It.” The mega-selling “Never Would Have Made It” held the #1 slot on Gospel and
R&B radio for over a full year; topped the Urban AC chart (the first to do so since Yolanda Adams’ “Open My Heart”)
and has the top selling ringtone and ring back (2 million sales), and propelled “Thirsty” to the top of the gospel charts
for 28 weeks. But for the 13-time Grammy Award nominee and celebrated pastor, Marvin Sapp, being dragged to the
depths of his grief and drowning was never an option. Following the loss of his beloved wife of 18 years to cancer,
preceded by the untimely deaths of his biological father, spiritual father, and musical mentor; Sapp still had three
children (Marvin II, MiKaila, and Madisson) to raise, an influential church to run, entrepreneurial ventures and a
thriving musical career to maintain. He poured his swirling emotions into his craft, crediting the cathartic creative
process with the release of his stunning revelatory decree You Shall Live. You Shall Live, featuring the hit radio single
Yes You Can, was released on June 2, 2015. His eleventh album Close was released on September 29, 2017. On
October 9, 2020, his twelfth album entitled Chosen Vessel was released with the number 1 single “Thank You For It
All”. In 2020, he also established Elev8 Entertainment & Media LLC, a global media and entertainment conglomerate
which is comprised of recording, film, and television featuring artists such as Jamar The Prince, Chosen Vessel which
Worship and Arts, and himself, just to name a few. On June 10, 2022, he released his latest album entitled Substance
features the single “All In Your Hands”. On August 21, 2022, a biopic about his life that he was the executive producer
and co-writer of, which is entitled NEVER WOULD HAVE MADE IT: THE MARVIN SAPP STORY, was featured on TV
One & Cleo TV.
Bishop Sapp is a multiplatinum selling artist who has enjoyed a decorated music career receiving 13 Grammy
nominations, 24 Stellar Awards, 2 Soul Train Music Awards, 2 BET Awards, 4 Dove Awards, 8 BMI songwriter’s awards
for sales, Black Music Honors Gospel Music Icon Award along with many other accolades and honors from national,
regional, and local institutions.
“Not Complacent, yet pressing towards the mark”
Bishop Sapp has been honored and recognized for his professional and philanthropic efforts in his home city, Grand
Rapids, Michigan. He received the city’s highest African American honor, Giant of Giants Award, as well as the
Frederick Douglas Award from the National Association of Negro and Professional Women’s Club. He is an
established author of eight books. The seventh book is titled “Recreation” and the eighth book is titled “Suitable”
which were both released July 2018. He is also an entrepreneur illustrating success in various areas of business.

Ms. Opal Lee Known as the “Grandmother of Juneteenth,” Ms. Opal Lee was
present on June 17, 2021, when President Joe Biden signed the Juneteenth
National Independence Day Act bill that established June 19 or "Juneteenth"
a federal holiday. Ms. Lee said on that day, “Now we can celebrate freedom
from the 19th of June to the 4th of July!”
Opal Lee was born in Marshal, Texas in 1926 and moved to Fort Worth, Texas
in 1937. At the age of 12 her family’s home was destroyed on June 19, 1939,
but she nor her family allowed that to deter them from making an impact in the
community. She has served on many boards and with many organizations
including Citizens Concerned with Human Dignity (CCHD), Habitat
for Humanity and the Tarrant County Black Historical & Genealogical
Society dedicated to the preservation of the history of the Fort Worth
Black populace. During her tenure as Chairman of the Community
Food Bank, the organization received the 1.3-million-dollar 33,000
sq. ft. facility that now serves 500 families a day.
Ms. Lee is the oldest living board member of the National Juneteenth
Observance Foundation (NJOF), a national movement started by the
late Dr. Ronald Myers to have Juneteenth declared a National Holiday. At 90 years of age, she started her
walking campaign from Fort Worth, TX to Washington, DC to bring awareness to the need for celebrating
Juneteenth nationally. She walked 2.5 miles in cities across the country to represent the 2.5 years it took
after Lincoln signed the Emancipation Proclamation for enforcement to reach Texas to free the enslaved.
In 2019 she launched an online petition campaign that garnered over 1.6 million signatures to continue
the crusade for holiday observance.
Ms. Opal currently serves on the board of Unity Unlimited, Inc. and Transform 1012 N. Main Street, and is
a Board Member and Honorary Chair of the National Juneteenth Museum. She has received three
honorary doctorates, has been named 2021 Texan of the Year by the Dallas Morning News editorial
board, the 2021 Unsung Hero of the Pandemic, Fort Worth Inc.’s 2022 Person of the Year and most
recently was nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize.

Major Attaway is a Broadway, TV/Film, Voice Actor and
Director from Fort Worth, TX. Best known for his Broadway
Debut in Disney’s Aladdin on Broadway in 2016. From 2017 -
2020 he took over the Tony Award winning role of the Genie
with over 1500 performances. Off Broadway; Fatty Arbuckle-
NYCC Encores Mack and Mabel, Little Shop of Horrors-Voice
of Audrey 2 Swing.
As a Voice Actor he has voiced over fifty characters in Anime,
Video Games, Museum exhibits, Documentaries, Narrations,
and Teaching materials. Some of which include characters in
One Piece, Pokémon, Fairy Tale, Borderlands 3, Smite, Bread
Barbershop, Dragon Ball: Xenoverse, Battleborn, RWBY:
Arrowfell, Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous, and Space Dandy.
He can also be seen in the final season of the Netflix original series Orange is the New Black, the
film Carter High, as well as the first season of Time Traveler's Wife.
Major is also a Twitch Affiliate! On his channel IPlayedMajor he is a variety streamer who streams

Tavarious Linzer, born August 4th, 1992, in Houston Texas, is a
husband, father, Worship Pastor, business founder/CEO, recording
artist, singer/songwriter, instrumentalist, and music producer.
Before any of these things however, he is a Christ follower who loves
Jesus and people. Years before establishing a strong presence in the
worship communities of many local churches, Tavarious, known as
“T,” was the youngster who grew up in South Houston Texas where
his love for music and entertainment was discovered. Being a part of
a musical family heavily steeped in gospel quartet music had a
significant impact on his life.
Tavarious developed the ability to play drums, his first instrument, at
the tender age of two years old. He would later go on to learn (by ear)
how to play the guitar, bass guitar, piano, and even the accordion due
to his love and involvement with creole’ zydeco music. Being raised in
such a multi-cultural city as Houston helped shape and influence
Tavarious’ love for different musical styles and expressions, often time
in different languages. Some would call him an “old soul” as he grew up listening to and performing
music from eras well before his time.
Combining his love for music and his passion to carry out the presence of God, Tavarious has
dedicated the past 10 plus years of his life to leading worship in a way that challenges yet inspires
others to know and experience Christ for the first time, or in a deeper and more authentic way than
ever before. Transcending genre, generational, and cultural barriers, Tavarious is committed to leading
and developing John 4:23-24 worshippers; where Jesus reminds us of the kind of worship the Father
seeks. “Worship, in any form, begins with one’s willingness to step out of themselves and truly engage
with the creator.”
Tavarious has managed to create music that makes you dance, cry, and smile; even simultaneously. “I
believe that music is the heartbeat of the world.” It transcends mere lyrics, notes, and sounds but
collectively, it should move one’s heart in a profound way. Its highest purpose is to conduct the
presence of God”-. Tavarious’ desire is for his music and ministry to paints a picture of how Jesus is a
personal God. Of how this great big and majestic being who created the universe, the stars, and
everything in existence is also an intimate God who knows us and loves us. The sound may change to
fit the method, but the message will forever remain the same, the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Tamika “Keisha” Allen is a motivating and collaborative leader with a vast
amount of experience in the Retail and Financial Services Industry. Her
experience includes: Retail banking, Home Equity, Mortgage Operations
and Originations. Her banking career began in 2002 with Hibernia
National Bank in New Orleans, LA.
Tamika joined Capital One (formerly Hibernia National Bank) as an entry
level teller, but her passion and dedication to helping others allowed her
to receive many promotions including but not limited to personal banker,
multi-branch banker, home equity bank advocacy manager, mortgage sales
and service leader, branch manager at Capital One and JP Morgan Chase and
and financial wellness leader at Truist.
During Tamika’s tenure with Capital One and JP Morgan Chase she partnered with many other parts of
the business such as community reinvestment, training and development, financial advising and
digital strategy. In 2020, she decided to partner with 3 former colleagues to utilize her sales training
and coaching techniques to create an online platform to inform members of the community. The
primary focus was to educate individuals on topics such as home ownership, budgeting and
entrepreneurship. Although this started as a hobby, it is now her full time role with Truist. Tamika
embraced this opportunity because she is dedicated and focused on helping others evolve and
accomplish their best.
Maisha Bankhead is a graduate of the University of California at Santa Barbara
She considers herself a lifelong Entrepreneur. She developed her passion
for business ownership when she worked alongside her mother in Real
Estate in Los Angeles, CA as a licensed Realtor.
As a native of Los Angeles, CA, she grew up eating something called a
“Fatburger”. After moving to Grand Prairie, TX is 2007, this was one
of the restaurants she truly missed. In 2018 she and her partners signed
a multi-unit deal to bring three Fatburgers to the great state of Texas. They
opened the very first Fatburger in Texas in North Richland Hills in June of
2020 and their second in Arlington, TX in September of 2021… with more to
come. This year she was honored to be recognized as “Franchisee of the
Year” for the Fatburger brand.
Maisha is thankful for her supportive family: Polly, Rudy, Makenzie and fur-baby Luna. She has a passion
for sharing her story in hopes that it will give just one person the courage to step out on faith and pursue
their dreams.

Brent Berry is a Vice President at Wells Fargo serving as a Senior Business Growth
Strategy Consultant for the Home Lending Diverse Segments group. Acting as a
diverse segment subject matter expert in this role, Brent works through internal
and external partnerships & strategic alliances to advance homeownership,
serving diverse customers and underserved communities. He is responsible
for a disciplined approach developing and executing strategies focused
on helping households successfully achieve and sustain the dream of
homeownership.
Brent has 35 years of experience in municipal government, university lecturer,
franchise ownership, and retail bank management. Prior to joining Wells Fargo
more than 12 years ago, he has worked at Citi Bank, City National Bank, & U.S. Bank.
Brent has been recognized as a minority entrepreneur and businessman of the year by his local Chamber of
Commerce and has been invited to participate in business trade missions to London, England, and Jamaica.
As a community leader, Brent has served on local business and community board of directors including, the
Chamber of Commerce, LISC, and CARAT.
Brent’s academic achievements includes a master’s degree in public administration and a bachelor’s degree
in business administration. Brent resides in Olathe, KS.

Meet Skyler Blacknall, who owns 2 Smoothie King locations in Fort Worth,
Texas. Smoothie King serves diverse ingredients that help strengthen the
body, from protein shakes, smoothie bowls and so much more.
Growing up in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, coincidentally where
Smoothie King headquarters currently is, Blacknall worked as a
multi-unit manager for Smoothie King corporate before becoming a
franchisee for the company. To reach his goal of becoming a
franchisee, Skyler sacrificed most of his twenties learning the
operations side of the QSR business. Blacknall also had a few
businesses on the side to help him purchase his first location. As
a long-term plan to grow to twenty-five locations, Skyler plans on
opening stores 3 and 4 in 2024.
Rosalind "Roz" Booker is a dynamic and accomplished real estate
professional with a passion for community impact. She has spent over
26 years in the industry and has become known for her expertise,
dedication, and savvy emotional intelligence. Roz started her
career in 1996 and quickly rose to become a top producer,
earning her Texas Real Estate Brokers license in 2000.
Roz founded Arbrook Realty in 2016 driven by her passion for
empowering others to achieve their dreams. Roz has built Arbrook
Realty into a firm that is committed to birthing dreams and building
legacies for its clients. She also founded Arbrook Cares, an impactful
non-profit organization providing resources to help renters become
homeowners, and Reclaim.Restore.Rebuild., as a mission to help people acquire wealth and
build a lasting legacy using Bible-based principles.
She is a board member of the Buffalo Ridge Subdivision in Celina, TX, where she works to create
a welcoming and supportive environment for residents. Roz is also an instructor for Truvillion
Academy, where she offers continuing education and professional development courses for real
estate professionals.
Roz is an effective board member of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB),
where she works to bridge the gap in homeownership for underrepresented people. She has
received multiple awards for her leadership and innovation in business, including the Excellence
in Leadership Award from the Collin County Black Chamber of Commerce and the Innovator
Leading Lady Award from NAWRB's Roaring Thirty's.

Monte Brown is the Broker and Owner at BSA Realty in Dallas/ Fort Worth
with over 22 years of experience in selling, buying, leasing, apartment
locating, investing, REO properties, & property managing in residential
and commercial real estate, a BBA in Accounting from Jackson State
University.
Monte's primary objective is to build wealth and relationships with
business owners, vendors, clients, asset managers, and consumers
with enhancement and development throughout the community.
Monte's specialties include property management, being a HUD Certified
REO Specialist, investor, and commercial real estate.
Prior to establishing The Real Estate House in 2004, Tameka Bryant spent
10 years as a not-for-profit executive. Her dedication to serving
communities and youth development in New York City was fueled by
her upbringing and family values. While in New York, she developed
new, innovative programs to ensure her clients' funds were managed
appropriately and efficiently. Her clients included the federal
government and fortune 500 companies. Many of the systems she
put in place are still being used. Bryant started her own real estate
brokerage and applied her skills to building her company in 2004.
Within one year, she became a Master Listing Broker for Freddie Mac,
represented Fannie Mae, and 3 other high-volume banks servicing Kansas
and Missouri.
Having closed more than 2,900 real estate transactions, served as the 1st Black President of
Heartland MLS, trained thousands of real estate professionals for National Association of Real
Estate Brokers (NAR), named Realtor of the Year and authored several books, Tameka is wellversed
in real estate.
Today, Tameka works as an international real estate developer. She maintains the CEO position of
The Real Estate House with offices and teams now in several states and countries. Her passion to
assist real estate professionals find their niche and add pillars of income
to their business shows through everything she touches.
Chelsea Bucklew is an Austin realtor, brokerage owner, and
Confidence + Brand Coach for realtors. With a background in
social media marketing and copywriting, most recently as the
global e-comm copywriter at Under Armour, she specializes
in helping agents find their confidence in order to build
their digital brands and 10x their lead generation.

Deborah Canady started her professional mortgage career over 30 years
ago. She has served in a variety of positions within the housing industry.
Currently she is Vice-President of Business Development Community
and Affordable Lending for Chase.
She is a member of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers
(NAREB), where she serves on the NAREB Faith Base
Committee/Initiatives.
She has developed, partnered, and built relationships to continue to
promote home ownership within the communities she serves.
The mother of two daughters and one granddaughter all are residents of
Dallas, Texas. She enjoys attending live music events, traveling, meeting new,
interesting people, and managing a dance team of three hundred girls ages 4-18. Her daily
inspiration is something that was shared with her by her grandmother (that you can solve…. solve it
and that you cannot turn it over to God and leave it there. Her belief is that it works.
At 15 years old, Jiles Clark is the author of three books that encourage others
to keep pressing forward. Since the release of his first book, Never Give Up
- written at age 11, he has appeared on the nationally syndicated Kelly
Clarkson Show, Good Morning Texas, ABC with Tashara Parker and on
NBC with Evan Anderson in the Dallas/Fort Worth market. His second
book, Be Yourself – Be the Person God Has Called You to Be, resonated
with teenagers and was warmly embraced by youth ministries. The latest

Dr. Courtney Johnson Rose serves as President-elect of the National
Association of Real Estate Brokers, the premier network of Black real
estate professionals and one of the oldest minority trade associations
in the country with over 100 chapters nationwide. Courtney began
her career as a project management consultant at Accenture, the
world’s leading consulting company. In 2002, she earned a Texas
real estate broker license and joined her family’s real estate firm
GEJ Development as a real estate developer and broker specializing
in development services, owner representation, master planning, and
residential and commercial brokerage services. Since 2019, Courtney
has served as CEO of GEJ, and under her leadership, the company has
procured contracts with major institutions such as Texas Southern University,
the Harris Center of Mental Health, Houston Independent School District, the City of Houston,
FDIC, and several banks, small businesses, and families.
Courtney is also part of the Community Collective for Houston, which recently acquired The Power
Center, a 110,000-square-foot multipurpose facility that includes a small business incubator,
event center, urban farm, and private school. Courtney is the immediate past chair of the Texas
Association of African America Chambers, a statewide network of over 25 Black chambers of
commerce. Texas Governor’s office appointed Courtney as a director of the Texas State
Affordable Housing Corporation (TSAHC). Courtney has been a member of NAREB for over 20
years, she has been recognized as Realtist of the Year by her local board, state association,
Region XII, and the national association. Courtney also was awarded the local board President
award twice during her tenure as local board president of the Houston Black Real Estate
Association.
Courtney holds a bachelor’s degree in economics, a master’s degree in community development,
and a doctorate in organizational leadership. She is a certified project management professional
(PMP) and a certified commercial investment member (CCIM). Since 2008, she has served as a
faculty member and adjunct professor for Prairie View A&M University where she teaches Land
Development and Real Estate courses.
Several organizations and media outlets have recognized Courtney for her professional success
and contributions to the community. Courtney has been featured several times by Black Enterprise
magazine and has appeared on the covers of Empower, Real Estate Executive, Houston Realtor,
and National Realtor publications. In 2013, she created and hosted an informative real estate
show entitled Real Estate Today that appeared on Comcast and has appeared several times on

Engineering and later completed an MBA from The Citadel. He spent five
years in the U.S. Army as an officer specializing In Counterintelligence.
He was deployed to the Republic of Korea as an All-Source intelligence
officer and served in Operation Enduring freedom in Guantanamo Bay,

As a second-generation real estate professional to his father in the
1980s, Stephen Lewis was no stranger to the real estate market. In
February 2010 he passed his real estate exam and was determined
to dive into the business. However, Stephen took an
unconventional approach by working as Sr. Mortgage Underwriter
for JP Morgan Chase the following month. This turn of events
allowed him to see people more than just a transaction but an
opportunity for change and hope. He went on to start a nonprofit
organization Making Acceptable Homeowners in 2014 where his
talent was used to better educate future buyers on successfully
qualifying for a home based on mortgage underwriting guidelines. He
calls it a fundamental approach on how to fit into the home buying box. It
was then Stephen decided he was missing the most important part of the home
buying process, the ability to represent a buyer from start to finish.
In 2015 he got back into the real estate business and had no desire to look backwards. Stephen is
the Co-Founder of Ink Realty, a full-service real estate brokerage where passional professionals
can be both authentic and all-things to the client. “As a real estate agent, we are counselors,

Shelby Smith originally began her career in entertainment as a hip hop
dancer. Her parents wanted to make sure that she had more than one
avenue while being multifaceted. She went to college to study
something that came very natural to her… communications and
business marketing. Shelby graduated from Prairie View A&M
University and many of her friends ended up either playing sports
professionally and/or moving to LA to work as choreographers.
After decided she no longer wanted to dance a good friend
consulted her about reviewing his social media pages and his
contract from his agent. Her response was, “I don’t know about that
stuff.” He quickly denied her statement and asked her to just take a look.
So, she read his agreement, saw major errors, and observed that his social
media platforms were too personal and that corporate brands would not be interested in his
brand for that specific reason.
After that one-off situation of cleaning up her friends social pages, she continued to work in
sports and entertainment PR while working for an advertising agency to gain further knowledge.
After being denied promotions and deserving compensation from large companies, she decided
to build her own company, PGM, in 2012 to ensure that instead of asking for a job, she would be
an avenue to create jobs.
That decision led to her working for some amazing people such as: Young Money Sports, Dede in
The Morning, The Price Group, The David’s, Greg Ellis film Carter High (Dallas Cowboys), and

Capri M. Truvillion, MBA, a Texas & Arizona Real Estate Broker, Professor,
Author, and Title Agency Owner, has been a trailblazer in the real estate
industry for 29 years. Capri's passion for real estate can be traced back
to Detroit, Michigan, in 1994, where she spent significant time as an

real property appraisal, forensic appraisal audit, and utility
valuation (water and wastewater systems).
Mr. Wilson is recognized in the appraisal industry as a subject
matter expert (SME) on Appraisal Standards and Ethics, FIRREA,
Dodd-Frank Act, Government Regulations and Laws, and Secondary
markets mortgage loan underwriting policies. As a real estate instructor
and adjunct professor, he has taught and still teaches AQB pre-licensing
and continuing education courses throughout the country.
Mr. Wilson holds numerous professional designations in the appraisal profession and is actively
involved in assisting in the growth of the appraisal profession. He has served and still serves in
numerous leadership positions both in public and private organizations, for example, he was
recently appointed for two years (2023-2025) by the TALCB Board of Directors to serve as a
