Stay safe, stay active!<br />

The <strong>Dovercourt</strong> <strong>FIT</strong> <strong>PASS</strong> includes group fitness, spin, and aquafit classes for all<br />

levels as well as use of the pool for drop in swims and the fitness centre.<br />

There are also online classes for convenient workouts at home!<br />

Online classes are recorded; the links are sent out to all <strong>FIT</strong> <strong>PASS</strong> holders each day.<br />
