CREAMY CUCUMUBER SALADCredit: www.feelgoodfoodie.netIngredients:½ cup sour cream3 Tblspns red wine vinegar1 Tblspn chopped fresh dill 1 teaspoon granulated sugar opt¼ teaspoon garlic powderSalt and pepper2 large English cucumber thinly sliced¼ red onion thinly slicedMethod:In a medium bowl, mix the sour cream, vinegar, dill sugar, and garlicpowder until well combined.
