AUDITORIUM

THEATRE

THE AUDITORIUM GOES THROUGH FAZES OF INSTALLATIONS

TO ALLOWS PAULA REGO’S ARTWORK TO BE EXHIBITED. THE

DESIGN TAKES DEVELOPMENT IN ADDING MORE CONCRETE

PRE-CAST SLABS TO CREATE A EXHIBITION WALL WITH

SEATING UNDERNEATH. THE DESIGN THEN INTRODUCES A

STAIRCASE SYSTEM FOR CIRCULATION REASONS BUT LATER

DOWN IT IS REMOVED AS THE AUDITORIUM WAS

RELOCATED.

A live project with the Crescent Theatre and Intervention Architects, a group

project that allowed us to tackle difficult senarios and make sure we meet the

P R A X I S

clients needs for the new proposal. We worked as a firm known as FTF as the

project required us to deal with the client how it would be done in the industry.

A site visit with a list of elements the client was not keen on and how do we then

take the analysis and develop a proposal within a time period of 3 months.
