FOR SPECIAL EVENTS
In the heart of East-Belgium – located in the border triangle
between Belgium, Germany and The Netherlands – you will
find the convent “Kloster Heidberg”, surrounded by an idyllic
park. The 18th century building is within a short walk from
the city center and the Eupen train station, which allows you
to start your travels in a very relaxed atmosphere. The train
takes you directly from Ostende, via Gent, Bruges, Brussels,
Leuven, Liége and Verviers to the beautiful city of Eupen, situated
right next to the High Vens!
This former convent has been converted into a multifunctional
Business & Event Center with 5 fully equipped seminar
rooms with modern state of the art technical equipment and
offers a capacity of up to 300 participants and accommodation
for up to 76 overnight guests. The former chapel offers
the perfect setting for all kinds of meetings or festivities, be
it for weddings, company events or other functions. Besides
the beautiful outdoor patio, guests can also relax and enjoy
the cozy Klosterkeller-Bar.

OVERNIGHT STAYS
The number of accommodation facilities in the former convent, also called convent cells,
has been reduced thanks to the new architectural break-up from previously 59 to currently
38 small but beautiful and modern rooms with love for details.
Historical heritage and ultramodern technical equipment combine to a unique wellbeing
ambiance.
All rooms have free WLAN, flat screen digital tv/radio, phone, air-conditioning, safe,
hairdryer, shower or bathtub.

CHAPEL
The Heidberg convent chapel, also called Sacred Heart
Chapel, is our great piece of jewellery!
There have been done relatively few structural alterations
here in order to preserve the original character
in gothic style.
The cloister, the balcony with its ancient church organ,
the stained glass windows and the paving tiles create
a unique ambience in the chapel as a whole.
The Chapel, our jewel, offers the perfect setting for all
kinds of events.
Included in the service charge of the chapel is: the
chapel, round or rectangular tables, high tables, chairs,
the sound and video technology as well as the inner
courtyard, cloakroom, sanitary area and the parking.
The lobby and the Klosterkeller-Bar can be booked extra.

HOW TO GET THERE
• The Eupen railway station is just a
few minutes’ walk away with a direct
connection from Oostende-Bruges-
Gent-Brussels-Leuven-Liège-Verviers-
Welkenraedt-Eupen.
• If you are travelling from neighbouring
countries and are heading for
the Aachen railway station, we will be
happy to organise a shuttle bus to
pick up our guests.
• The Kloster Heidberg is 1 hour away
from Brussels and 40 minutes from
Maastricht by car.
• The Kloster Heidberg is only 10 minutes
from the E40 motorway.
