Guest Policy<br />
While most DC Ranch<br />
programming is intended for<br />
residents only, there may be an<br />
instance where residents would<br />
like to invite a guest. Please<br />
contact the program coordinator<br />
listed on the calendar or<br />
registration page to make this<br />
request. There are many factors<br />
such as space, capacity, food,<br />
beverage, etc. that the program<br />
coordinator must consider for<br />
each program and may not<br />
always be able to accommodate<br />
the request.<br />

educational series involves hands-on<br />
activities to expose participants to<br />

Take to the paths and trails to<br />
discover the world beneath your<br />
feet with EarthCaching - a program<br />
where adventure, education and<br />
environmental stewardship come<br />
together! Offering a unique twist<br />
on traditional treasure hunting, this<br />
program invites adventurers of all<br />
ages to connect with nature while<br />
uncovering the fascinating geological<br />
features and rich history of DC Ranch<br />

FITNESS CLASSES<br />

All Levels Yoga<br />
Monday and Wednesday | 9 to 10 a.m.<br />
The Homestead<br />
This class instructs students in the fundamental principles<br />
of yoga poses and alignment, linked together by the breath.<br />
Students will be introduced to yoga through step-by-step<br />
verbal description and demonstration. Please bring a yoga<br />
mat, towel and water bottle.<br />
Strength and Balance<br />
Monday and Wednesday | 10:30 to 11:30 a.m.<br />
The Homestead<br />
This class is designed for all levels to work on strengthening<br />
and lengthening muscles. It also works on your core and<br />
balance to give an all-around workout. A portion of the<br />
class will be done seated on a mat. Light weights and<br />
resistance bands will be available for use. Please bring a<br />
yoga mat, towel and water bottle.<br />
Aqua Fitness<br />
Wednesday and Friday | 9 to 10 a.m.<br />
Desert Camp Pool<br />
Water fitness is an excellent way to get a low-impact cardio<br />
workout while toning and strengthening muscles. Come join<br />
in the fun and go at your own pace! Remember to bring a<br />
towel, water bottle and sunscreen.<br />

Zumba Gold<br />
Friday | 10 to 11 a.m.<br />
The Homestead<br />
Take the “work” out of workout with this interval-style,<br />
calorie-burning dance fitness party. The class will introduce<br />
easy-to-follow choreography with a focus on balance, range<br />
of motion and coordination.<br />

variation of Canasta is easy to learn and the group will<br />

Conservancy steward on the<br />
Pima-Dynamite Trail located within<br />

easy 3-mile loop trail takes you near<br />
a rare crested saguaro cactus. Please<br />

Diamond Movement No. 1.<br />
