Automatic Feeding & Printing Machine FLEXOR 60
our new model has an auto feeder that eliminates the need for manual labor. Now, your simply needs to load a stack of bags into the machine's auto feeder and
start the machine. The machine will automatically feed the bags one by one, all in the same place.
This machine is suitable for printing paper bags with handle loops, without handle loops, and food cardboard boxes.
Features of this machine include the use of a Matrix Vacuum Chuck for feeding, reducing labor costs. The feeder will automatically stop when the material being
used runs out. The new FLEXOR 60 model also incorporates a photocell eye that can detect black color bags, making it more sensitive. In addition, the machine
features an advanced programming system, opt magnetic position locating, and automatic pneumatic printing press. It also has a fast color-to-color set up and
an automatic counting display.
The machine utilizes frequency inverter control speed for a steadier operation and power savings. It requires less ink to start printing and utilizes an advanced
anilox roller and automatic ink pump printing ink circulating system, resulting in more uniform and colorful prints. It also has a fast washing function.
The machine's structure is made of a 10mm steel plate, processed by a laser machine for high precision and reduced noise. The automatic feeder can load a
stack of bags up to 40cm in height, approximately 150 paper bags or 400 cardboard sheets. The machine is synchronized and controlled by a Siemens PLC
system. It also features a transitional correcting unit and printing entrance to ensure accurate and flat feeding. The printing cylinder is made of 12mm thickness
metal with a chrome plating for long-term usage. The ink circular system includes an anilox roller, rubber roller, ink circular pump, and air compressor, providing
automatic and clean ink circulation.
The printing parts of the machine are driven by 4cm thickness special custom-made gears, ensuring steady and fast operation with low noise. An air blower
dryer is also included to ensure efficient drying of the ink.
Top-quality components from international famous brands such as Schneider and Siemens are used in the machine, with bearings made by NSK Japan.
