into micro school tutoring spots for everyone

Our approach prioritizes both innovation and collaboration to bring about equity to disconnected youth

school completion to college graduation, to career attainment. In communities hardest hit by poverty
and crime, over-reliance on this framework has resulted in high levels of school disengagement and

Our expansive curriculum that goes along
with the labs is our own and while we were
interested in modernizing the system
further, there is no real need with AI and
the machinery. More importantly it is the
system of teaching with the curriculum that
is vital to it working as schools are really
struggling to connect with kids. We want
to ensure that every school has access to
this curriculum from 3rd grade to adults
and it will change the way we help our
most marginalized succeed.

the idea that they will start building labs

build outs in our districts. We want to
make it so affordable that the vast
majority of districts do not only not want

the communities out of the market.

marketing of the app.

mission.
DOCUMENT
Too often we talk about the tip of the limbs but do not
get to the roots of issues. Your cohort will put together a
short film festival and utilize three of our labs to learn
about your students, self, community, and solution.
PROJECT DESIGN
We will begin the process of a project for your
school to design as you experience various
systems of learning during your time with us.
PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT
The main focus is getting some time to return to district
full of energy, hope, heard, and ready to inspire the your
fellow educators and students to change.

I started these systems of learning after realizing folks were not going to push hard
enough to change the narrative I saw as a kid, in foster care, as a teacher, principal, in
a documentary, as a reformer, etc. I want the same for this kid as I do for me own and
that is access. The potential of this is to have our own Montessori that actually
changes our communities and households as we take hold of our systems of learning
and the resources that come with them.
