Monsters, Misfits And Mayhem Take Over Bunratty
Location: Bunratty Castle & Folk Park, Co.Clare.
Dates: Saturday, October 26 to Monday, October 28
"Monsters, Misfits, and Mayhem" are set to take over Bunratty Castle
and Folk Park. Expect wicked wakes, talking heads, the Witches'
Kitchen, and a Bed of Nails—no gravestone will be left unturned! New
for 2024, visitors can enjoy chilling additions like the Red Devil, the
Séance, and the Shrinking Illusion. Returning favourites include the
Chamber of Torture, the McNamara Family's Wicked Wake, and the
Witches' Kitchen. As you explore the park, watch out for creepy
characters like Frankenstein and Dr. Jekyll! For younger visitors,
there’s plenty of gentle frights, including the Halloween Games Room,
spooky tale, a haunted train ride, and puppet shows.

Spooky Season at the Cliffs of Moher Experience
Location: Cliffs of Moher, Liscannor, Co.Clare.
Dates: Saturday, October 26 to Thursday, October 31
It’s spooky season at the Cliffs of Moher. The Visitor Centre will be
transformed with Halloween decorations, ready to welcome visitors of
all ages dressed as ghosts, goblins, witches, and wizards. The centre
is open from 8 am to 7 pm in October. Booking online in advance is
recommended. Throughout Halloween weekend, the Cliffs of Moher will
host a range of fun activities. Children can embark on a Halloween
Clue Hunt. There will also be daily face painting from 12 pm to 3 pm,
spooky stories on the Visitor Centre's TV. The Cliffs cafés will offer
Halloween-themed muffins, pumpkin spiced lattés, and other sweet
treats, along with their usual selection of freshly prepared meals,
cakes, and coffee.

Screech Walks & More in the Vandeleur Haunted Garden

Halloween at Doolin Cave
From October 26th to November 1st, visit the Haunted Garden for a
spine-tingling Screech Walk, an interactive mystery trail where you can
dress up and wander through eerie pathways while solving the Grim
Garden's Secret. Don’t forget to grab your activity sheet at the entrance
to keep track of all the spooky clues! Throughout the week, a variety of
Halloween-themed activities will be on offer, including pumpkin carving,
storytelling, and more. While fancy dress isn’t required, it’s highly
encouraged—show off your most creative costumes! Different
happenings take place at various times, so be sure to visit our website

Get ready for a fun-filled educational experience this Halloween at
Doolin Cave! This midterm, Doolin Cave is hosting daily cave tours
every hour, on the hour from 11am to 5pm (last tour at 4pm).
Delve deep underground, where rock formations and tunnels await you
on a Doolin Cave Tour. Discover the history of the Great Stalactite and
learn about the rock formations and fossils that can be seen throughout
the tour. On Thursday 31st October, children on a cave tour who
arrive in fancy dress will receive a FREE goodie bag!

Two Halloween Pottery Kids Camps at Charm Bee
Location: Charm Bee Studio, Labasheeda, Co.Clare.
Dates: Monday 28, Tuesday 29 & Wednesday October 30. 11:00h- 13:30h
Two Different Camps: #1 Ceramic Skulls & Monster Faces: This
camp runs over two days, October 28th and 29th, from 11 am to 1:30
pm. On Day 1, participants will craft spooky skull plaques, Halloween
monsters, and pencil pots from wet ceramic clay. On Day 2, they’ll
return to paint their creations, which will be glazed and fired in a kiln,
transforming them into unique, spooky pieces of art. Please note,
attendance on both days is required. Separately, #2 Glitter Tiles &
Fizzer Balls: This is a one-day camp on October 30th, also from 11 am
to 1:30 pm. Participants will design shimmering glitter tiles using soft
glitter clay and create their very own scented fizzers to enjoy at home.

Halloween Night Walk at 12 O'Clock Hills
Location: 12 O’Clock Hills, Kilkishen, Co.Clare.

Ennis Dark History Walking Tour
Join the 12 O'Clock Hills for the annual Halloween Night Walk on
Saturday, 26th October, at 6:30pm. Please meet at the 12 O'Clock Hills
car park for a prompt start at 6:45pm. Essential: Participants are
required to bring a handheld or head torch, wear sturdy boots, and
dress warmly. The walk is suitable for young children, but please note
that buggies are not permitted, and no dogs are allowed. Along the
route from the car park to the Mass Rock and back, enjoy hot chocolate
and sweet treats at the halfway point. All children must be
accompanied by an adult. There is a €2 fee per walker, with proceeds
going towards upgrading the Fairyland. Additional donations are greatly

catch a glimpse of some of these long-gone souls—they're 'dying' to
meet you! This event runs from 9:30pm to 10:45pm and is not suitable
for under 13s. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult. Tickets

Samhain Púca Storytelling Festival at Michael Cusack Centre

On Saturday, 26th October from 2-4pm, renowned storyteller Eddie
Lenihan will captivate with tales of myths, magic, and the supernatural.
This adult-only event opens its doors at 1:30pm, and tickets are €10

Sunday, 27th October from 12-4pm, join the Free Community and
Family Fun Day where ghosts, ghouls, witches, and vampires roam.

Spooky Halloween Fun at Moher Farm

Visit Moher Hill Farm this Halloween for a family fun afternoon on 27th
October, featuring a children's magic show and balloon modelling at
2pm. Ghosts and goblins make their annual appearance at the farm,
and children are encouraged to come in their Halloween costumes for a
fun-filled day. Alongside the entertainment, kids can feed and interact
with the animals, including pygmy goats, llamas, deer, and ostriches.
They can also enjoy the indoor bouncing castle, slide into the ball pit,
