programming is intended for<br />

residents only, there may be an<br />

instance where residents would<br />

like to invite a guest. Please<br />

contact the program coordinator<br />

registration page to make this<br />

request. There are many factors<br />

such as space, capacity, food,<br />

beverage, etc. that the program<br />

coordinator must consider for<br />

each program and they may not<br />

always be able to accommodate<br />

& Trail Passport” along with a fun<br />

sticker and a first aid kit at The<br />

Homestead Community Center.<br />

Desert Camp Community Center is currently closed for<br />

construction. The project includes an expanded fitness<br />

center, dedicated fitness studio, enhanced resident<br />

gathering space, four replacement pickleball courts, two<br />

new tennis courts (future phase) and a walking path<br />

around the center. Certain amenities at the community<br />

center may be open during construction.<br />

Hand and Foot Canasta<br />

Mah Jongg<br />

This class instructs students in the fundamental principles<br />

of yoga poses and alignment, linked together by the breath.<br />

Students will be introduced to yoga through step-by-step<br />

verbal description and demonstration. Emphasis is placed<br />

on student understanding, safety, and stability within each<br />

pose. This class allows students of all levels to move at their<br />

own pace. Students will develop strength, flexibility, balance<br />

and mindfulness. Please bring a yoga mat, towel and water<br />

bottle.<br />

Strength and Balance<br />

Monday and Wednesday | 10:30 to 11:30 a.m.<br />

This class is designed for all levels to work on strengthening<br />

and lengthening muscles. It also works on your core and<br />

balance to give an all-around workout. A portion of the<br />

class will be done seated on a mat. Light weights and<br />
