combination of contemporary new-age dance mixed with yoga. This class offers<br />

so many benefits such as flexibility, better posture, de-stress and cognitive power<br />

from dance and movements mixed together. No dance experience required; just<br />

your smile and great attitude that Dovercourt's members are famous for.<br />
