Grove Camp Meeting 

Association has opened its doors to all 

people – with a mission to serve those 

seeking renewal, peace, and spiritual 

growth in a Christian seaside community. 

The programs reach all generations 

with God’s encompassing love, 

but it is your presence that brings the 

programs to life. So, join in worship, 

sing joyfully, learn more about God’s 

Word, and enter into fellowship. Bring 

your family to The Choir Festival, which 

is being held on a Saturday for the first 

time. Sign your children 

up to be Junior 

Lifeguards, act in 

a play, or have fun 

learning about Jesus 

at Thornley Chapel, 

Breakfast Club, or 

Riptide. Do not miss 

the new opportunities to gather together 

for prayer! 

A prayer, led by Mrs. Thornley, was offered 

at the founding of Ocean Grove. 

Both women and prayer have always 

been integral here. I am honored to 

serve as the first woman president of 

the OGCMA where prayer is still the 

foundation. I am grateful for God’s 

faithfulness to Ocean Grove as the 

place where everyone can know and 

grow in Jesus, now and in the future.

Join the Solid Rock Club for a fun-filled, 

energetic morning! Every weekday from 

7:30-8:00am, we gather for a beachside 

run, invigorating calisthenics, and lively 

scripture memory games. Hit seven out of 

ten sessions, plus a little community service, 

and snag an exclusive T-shirt! Go the 

distance for all four sessions and upgrade 

to a cozy hoodie! Let’s start our days with 

joy and purpose!

This series will encourage parents and 

grandparents to foster spiritual formation 

in the children and adolescents under their 

care. We will think about the goals of the 

spiritual life, investigate spiritual formation 

from a developmental perspective, and

the 21st century. These six weekly times 

together will include a presentation, 

personal reflection, discussion, and prayer 

for our young ones.

Junior Lifeguard Program 

Jr. Lifeguards will begin the week of June 

24 and run through July 26. All practices 

will be held on Middle Beach. 

Jr. Guards 1 (kids ages 9-15) — Competitive 

Daily Monday through Friday 7:45AM–8:45 

AM except days when there are tournaments. 

Cost is $250 (includes all tournament 

registration fees). Registration and 

payment must be submitted by July 1st. 

Jr. Guards 2 (kids ages 9-15) — Recreational 

Mondays and Wednesdays from 7:45 

AM–8:45 AM. Tournaments optional. Cost 

is $75. 

Mini Guards (kids ages 6-8) — a fun introductory 

program. Tuesdays and Thursdays 

from 7:45 AM–8:45 AM. Cost is $75.

Every beginner swim class starts with the basics, like becoming comfortable 

in the water and learning safety and basic strokes. Learn from qualified swim

As I reflect on my childhood memories, 

one image stands out vividly – 

the moment our family would drive 

into Ocean Grove. The air seemed to 

carry a different 

scent, the sounds

The commemorative bench program 

includes a bench (existing or new) with

The Great Auditorium Memorial Cross 

continues to shine every night in
