ARRUDA
At the doors of Lisbon we find Arruda dos Vinhos (30kms), a privileged
area for producing wines of excellent quality, due to the unique conditions
of its terroir and climate. In 1954 a group of grape producers founded
the Adega Cooperativa de Arruda dos Vinhos and in 1957 began the
production of wines with the grapes of their associates.
In 1993, Arruda dos Vinhos became a demarcated region, thus valuing
its wines even more. Its wines have received due recognition for quality,
with Adega da Arruda having several award-winning wines, both nationally
and internationally, with more than 3 hundred awards. The Adega
currently occupies an area of land of about 25,000 m2, with its covered
area of 10,000 m2, where all its production and central dispatch facilities
are located, and its headquarters.
At the moment, with a storage capacity of around 20 million liters, the
facilities are equipped with the appropriate technology for wine
production. Adega da Arruda is proud to be the largest wine producer
in the municipality of Arruda dos Vinhos using its own grapes, worked
every year by its members, in order to maintain the centuries-old tradition
of producing wines of excellent quality, appreciated by all. Adega
de Arruda, in addition to producing wines, provides all services to our
customers for the production of wines.

CASCA
WINES
Casca Wines has had several milestones. We say that
we have now, after 15 years, entered Casca 3.0. Casca 1.0
occurred during the first 5 years, when we had a great
expansion in the production of very old vines all over
the country. During those years we created our network
of winegrowers and the basis of our essence. From the
fifth to the tenth year, we concentrated our efforts on
growing the base of the pyramid. At Casca 2.0 we create
wines to reach any consumer in the world, the wine we
like to enjoy every day, with a lot of character and also
very easy to drink. Over the last five years, we've been
consolidating and correcting some of the normal
mistakes of any company's growth. Casca 3.0 wanted to
return to its base, but on a much larger scale, focusing
more and more on its origins and transmitting to
everyone the banner of all time: sustainability in its
economic, social and environmental aspects.
There are two factors that distinguish us as a brand:
Casca Wines is centered on the winemaker, which
means we look for the best quality grapes and the right
winemakers. In addition, sustainability has always been
a concern. We are not limited to a single quinta, which
allows us to revive traditions from all over the country.
In this way, the brand's values are very much centered
around sustainability, in all its aspects, and tradition.
In 2023, a new concept was born for the Cabo da Roca
brand - Guardian of the Oceans, this desire to guarantee
the sustainability of the oceans. As CEO and winemaker
Hélder Cunha was born in Cascais, both Cabo da
Roca and the sea were very much part of his upbringing.
After starting to produce organic wines in the
Beira Interior region, he felt he needed to do more for
environmental sustainability; we renewed the concept
of Cabo da Roca wines and transformed their wines
from the Lisbon region into guardians of the oceans.
We are now partners with Sailors For The Sea, a non-governmental
organization based in the United States
with branches in Cascais and Tokyo, which is linked to
Oceana - the world's largest organization for protecting
the seas and oceans. We've also teamed up with Cascaisea,
which has also been doing incredible work on the
seafront.
And anyone who talks about ocean sustainability
always talks about plastic. Plastic is something very
useful for human beings, but it's being abused here... by
which we mean used only once. When we started the
process of renewing the concept of Cabo da Roca
wines, the first measure was to remove the production
capsule, which has no production challenges but which
in some countries poses a lot of challenges from a commercial
point of view. Some countries still think that if
there is no capsule, the product could be counterfeit.
We are now evaluating the step of also removing the
capsule from all our organically produced wines and
thus greatly reducing our plastic footprint.

Quinta do Conde , located in Alenquer in the Lisbon region, is a multi-
-generational family company. Its properties, spanning approximately
160 hectares, belong to the Santos Lima family, who have been dedicated
to wine production, and exportation since the late 19th century.
In 2005, the bottling and commercialization of the first "Quinta do
Conde" wines began, and since then, its portfolio has expanded, comprising
numerous references. Over the past seven years, "Quinta do
Conde" wines have received numerous medals in prestigious national
and international competitions.

RENDEIRO
The name Rendeiro appears through a young couple, “Gertrudes and
Moisés Apolinário”, who a few decades ago nurtured the passion for the
art of wines. The art of the vine and wine was passed down from generation
to generation, still in the family, with the evolution of the market
it was created the company “Caves Rendeiro”.
The “Caves Rendeiro” that integrates the “Quinta do Rendeiro” is
located in a natural area of unique beauty near the “Serra do Montejunto”
and the Atlantic, about 40km from Lisbon. Through the dynamism
of its owners in recent decades, it has been able to combine modernity
with tradition.
Since the date of its creation, “Caves Rendeiro” has sought to establish
itself in the market for the quality of its wines, it´s commitment to innovation
of the vine varieties and the rapid distribution service. Last years
was very special for all the recognition that was achieved abroad with
several gold medals in our wine portfolio, highlighting “Caves Rendeiro”
for the quality of its wines.

ROCHA
Quinta da Ribeira is located in Meca, in the medieval
council of Alenquer, and is nowadays headquarters of
Sociedade Agrícola Félix Rocha. This society began
wine production in the mid XIX century, by the strengh
of enthusiasm of Mr. Felix Rocha, grandfather of the
present managers.
The fourth generation of the family recognized, since
1991, the need for continuous investment in the production.
There has been a complete restoration of the
vineyards and the cellar.
Nowadays it explores several hectares of vines, distributed
between Quinta da Ribeira, Quinta do Casal do
Mato, Quinta do Casal Novo, Quinta de São Cristovão,
Quinta do Baracho, Quinta das Sete Pedras, Quinta da
Amoreira and Quinta do Morais.
We have a global concern about the environment so we
work in an integrated protection system.
The Sociedade Agrícola Félix Rocha Cellar went through
a major technological remodeling in 2003. In addition
to the full modernization of vinification equipment
it was also actualized the harvesting, enabling a partial
mechanical Harvest of the grapes.
We have, therefore, the best conditions for making high
quality wines, in the vinification process as well as in
ageing process, for which a special room was created,
allowing the wine to age in oak barrels.
The vineyards are planted in clay and limestone soils, in
smooth steep hillsides with a solar exposure to the
south. In these vineyards one can find national like
Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz (Aragonez),
Fernão Pires, Arinto, Viosinho and Moscatel, and
internacional varieties like Merlot, Syrah, Petit Verdot,
Alicante Bouschet, Caladoc, Pinot Noir, Cabernet
Sauvignon e Sauvignon Blanc.

At the Cas’Amaro Project, we are committed to developing a sustainability
policy in all its dimensions: environmental, economic, social and
human.
The Cas’Amaro project is based on a holistic vision that relies on several
pillars such as architecture, design, art, wine, wine tourism and the
passion of each and every employee.
We have agricultural properties in 5 regions of Portugal, Vinhos Verdes,
Douro, Dão, Alentejo and Lisbon, the oldest one, where it all began, and
in each of them we develop wine production and wine tourism projects
(hospitality and restaurants) that always seek to reach levels of excellence.
It is also part of our vision to work in harmony with the nature that exists

ADEGA SÃO MAMEDE
DA VENTOSA
Adega São Mamede da Ventosa has 67 years of history and is located
very close to the capital of Lisbon - Torres Vedras. Considered one of the
largest cooperative structures in Portugal, with around 500 associated
winegrowers and 40 employees. They are dedicated to producing
wines from around 2000 hectares of vineyards. Founded by the initiative
of a local winegrowers, inspired by the land and traditions.
Freshness, elegance and minerality wine aromas and flavors resulting
from the terroir where its vineyards are located, which grow on sheltered
and sunny slopes on clay-limestone soils, a short distance from the
Atlantic Ocean. The viticulture team and technical department provide
support, training and permanent assistance to their collaborators, as
the winery is aware of its social and economic responsibility for the

BLUNA
Monte Bluna is a boutique winery from Portugal,
Lisbon, producing fine wines with own grapes AOC/-
DOC Arruda. Arruda dos Vinhos is one of the ancients
and best winemaking regions of Portugal (hence the
name “dos Vinhos” – of the Wines).
We handcraft unique wines, taking advantage of the
rare terroir conditions this place has to offer, allied with
altitude, an innovation that we introduced as all our
wines come from the highest places of Lisbon region.
Currently we have 4 exclusive wine brands, all with
numbered bottles and very limited productions:
-Bluníssima, wine from special vineyards only released
in the best years
We use no herbicides or similar products guaranteeing
preservation and diversity. The oenology is made with
native yeasts and is 100% qualitative oriented, without
mimicry or masks.
Monte Bluna minimal intervention wines express the
variety, the year, the location and all cultural operations,
believing in absolute control and involvement as a
vehicle for minimalism.
Monte Bluna’s wines are commercialized in high-end
restaurants and hotels and in the most prestigious
cellars.

BELÉM
Adega Belém is a small boutique family winery located
inside the walls of a former car repair shop in Lisbon’s
Belém district. The winery is run by owners and winemakers
David Picard and Catarina Moreira, whose
passion is to craft organically balanced, vibrant and
vivacious high quality wines in relatively small batches.
The wine craft is based on the smart use of contemporary
cellar technology and a minimal intervention
approach brought about by the natural wine movement
in France 40 years ago. All wines are fermented
spontaneously and without sulfites to preserve yeast
diversity in the vineyard and the cellar, and ultimately to
create more complex and balanced varietal expressions.
The grapes grow in four different vineyards
located on both sides of the Tagus River. Atlantic breezes
moderated by the coastal mountain ranges of
Sintra, Montejunto and Arrabida combined with long
sunshine hours guarantee a long and steady ripening
period.
The wines made by Adega Belém score an average of
90 points in the professional section of wine searcher
and were featured in most international wine journals.
Adega Belém is distributed in Germany, the UK,
Norway, Spain and Canada. The aim of participating at
ProWein 2024 is to further enhance the presence in
Western and Southern Germany and to find importers-
-distributors specialized in small premium wineries in
Switzerland, Poland and Finland.
“Made with love and grapes as well”, the slogan of the
winery is the epitome of the winemakers’ dedication
and passion for every detail of the winemaking process
relying on healthy fruit, sophisticated craftsmanship,
and a responsible and deeply urban and family-centred
production mode.

Casal Sta. Maria’s wines are the expression of the unique terroir that
encompasses our vineyards, planted between the Atlantic Ocean and
the Sintra mountains.
Located in the historic region of Colares, on the slopes of the Serra de
Sintra, the vineyards of Casal Sta. Maria are arranged in a wonderful
landscape over the sea, at the westernmost point of continental
Europe.
They were planted in 2006 by Baron Bodo von Bruemmer, then 96
years old, with the aim of producing high quality wines that express the
unique terroir of this farm that was his passion, respecting the environment
and dignifying the region.

CÔRTES
PAÇO DAS CORTES is a Portuguese-based wine company, with own
production and sales of winning-prized wines, 95% dedicated to
exports.
Thanks to a fruitful and proven partnership with one of Portugal’s most
prestigious winemakers, António Ventura – 2006 and 2013 Enologist of
the Year ,Person of the Year by Revista de Vinhos 2022 –we’ve been able
to create fine wines, with a modern style and with a top-of-the-range
quality/price ratio.
How do we do it? From years of experience we know that this is a
rigorous process that begins with grape selection, prepping blends and
a strict quality control of the final product. Our enologist overviews
every step of the work.
Our actual production goes around 600 thousand bottles a year, with
95% going to such markets as USA, Ireland, Angola, Mozambique,
Poland, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany and Australia, among
many others.
All our wines have been awarded in the most prestigious National and
International Wine contests.

DE AZUEIRA
Founded in 1959 by 38 associates, Adega de Azueira starts its activity 10
years later, in 1969. The grape production is present in the Municipalities
of Torres Vedras, Mafra and Sobral de Monte Agraço.
Over the years we have been investing in the diversification of national
and international grape varieties in order to increase the quality of our
wines producing wines certified with IGP Lisboa. This quality is recognized
through our most emblematic brands such as: D. João V, Capricho
do Rei, Páteo das Cantigas.
The terroir where the vineyards are located has Jurassic and Cretaceous
soils, giving rise to a clay-limestone composition, which has always
been strongly recommended for the production of vines. Its micro-climate
and mid-slope topography, together with the fresh Atlantic breezes,
have the perfect impact on the production of intense and very
aromatic wines.
We are currently developing brands based on each market in which we
operate. The fact that we have a range of wines with our own design
gives all our clients and partners the possibility of personalising them
according to their needs and demands.

DO MONTALTO
The farm of Montalto, owned by the same family along
five generations, has an extension around fifty hectares
covering vineyards, olive yard, orchards and forest,
which, altogether, appear as a magnificent mosaic in
the landscape. Being part of the wide viticultural region
of Lisbon, the 15,5 hectares of vineyards planted in
clayey-chalky soil and benefiting from an excellent
solar exposure, enable the production of wines classified
as DOC Encostas D’Aire.
The farm of Montalto is situated in the central area of
the country in the region of Ourém, near Fátima. In line
with a tradition of winegrowing, several grape varieties
can be found in the farm, in particular Aragonez and
Fernão Pires, the most representative of the red and
white grapes. We can also find the Touriga Nacional,
Trincadeira, Syrah, Baga, Alicante Bouschet, Castelão,
Moreto, Sauvignon, Arinto, Rabo de Ovelha and Olho de
Lebre varieties. In addition to fruity and delicate wines
and sparkling wines, also jams, canned vegetables and
vinegars are prepared in the farm of Montalto, revealing
particular features quite different from those resulting
of the generalised massive and technological industrialization.
To obtain regional products, really genuine and with a
singular taste has been the guideline for the work and
dedication of both, the whole family and the employees
in the farm of Montalto. In a framework of full respect
towards the preservation of the environment, all cultures
in the farm of Montalto are conducted according
the Organic Farming rules with control of ECOCERT-
-PORTUGAL, that is, the use of chemical fertilizers,
herbicides, insecticides, fungicides and other synthetized
chemical products is not allowed. Because we do
not use any animal products, all our wines are suitable
for a vegetarian diet, and are registered in "The Vegan
Society", a UK-based association.

DA VERMELHA
Founded in 1963, Adega Cooperativa da Vermelha is
located in the Western Region of Portugal, specifically
in the village of Vermelha, Municipality of Cadaval and
inserted in the Wine Region of Lisbon, is therefore able
to produce Lisbon Regional Wine, as well as DOC
Óbidos wine.
Nowadays, Adega da Vermelha occupies an area of
approximately 35000 m2. It has a storage and preparation
capacity for about 20 million liters of wine.
The biggest concern of Adega da Vermelha remains
since its foundation the improvement of the quality of
its wines. Therefore, it has modern winemaking equipment
that allows to achieve the best relationship
between the quality and quantity of vinified grapes.
The Winery has a bottling capacity of more than 10
000lt per hour, distributed in the four filling lines. Of
which two are destined for bottle filling with a capacity
of 6000 bottles per hour (which allows the filling of
various types of bottles with different capacities).
Another designated to bag in box filling with capacity
for 3000 litres per hour and finally a barrel wine filling
line (a type of packaging similar to that used in the beer
industry).
The evolution both at the level of bottling lines and at
laboratory level is seen in wines that reach the final
consumer, knowing that it is a wine with high quality
parameters (ISSO 9001 standard since 2012) and with
the level of food safety required (IFS Food 2020).
Adega da Vermelha is composed of producers from five
municipalities: Cadaval, Bombarral, Caldas da Rainha,
Rio Maior and Óbidos. With a total area of approximately
1400 hectares of different terroirs. Today it has
about 500 active members.
With several brands on the market, the brand
"Mundus", the leader in Portugal in light wines, exclusive
name of Lisbon Wines, stands out as a reference and
the "Adega da Vermelha" (AV) brand, which has stood
out and won several awards. A more sophisticated type
of wine with national and international recognition.

SANGUINHAL
Quinta do Sanguinhal is the most ancient family producer and bottler
in the Lisboa Wine Region. We own 3 estates all located in the DOC
Óbidos, with a total area of 100 hectares vineyards. Respecting the
heritage and preparing a better future for the next generations.
We produce still wines, fortified wines and wine spirits. Among the still
wines we have the oldes brand for low alcohol wines in the market
"Sôttal".
Yearly Production is 750.000 bottle among the 3 estates we own.
Low intervention wines and all grapes are coming from certified
integrated production management.
