The animal-human bond is at the center of everything
we do at Oregon Humane Society. Every
encounter with an animal and their owner unfolds a
story of hope, inspiration, and compassion.
Whether it’s facilitating adoptions for animals in
need of a second chance, or extending our care to
those facing mistreatment, we all work together with
great passion and dedication to meet our mission.
Our Humane Law Enforcement team, with the support
of our Animal Crimes Forensic team, addresses
animal cruelty cases across the state. Community
members have access to essential spay/neuter, preventative,
and urgent care through our Community
Veterinary Hospital. And our experienced trainers
and purpose-built facilities ensure our animals are
adaptable and able to thrive in their new,
loving homes.
OHS’ comprehensive model of care and support
continues to ensure we can serve even more animals
and their humans than ever.
