RACE WITH BROWN-DOG.
HORSE OF THE MONTH.
It’s very hard to go past iron horse Gold Revolver as the horse of the month.
He has rewarded his patient connections in spades after a long lay-off due to
injury. Since his return he has won at Rosehill and at Randwick on the “Kenso”
at both outings.
This is largely due to the great team at Cavallo Park who have managed his
rehab and then to Gai and Adrain who have got him back to his racing best.
Also special mention to young Amy McLucas who has asutely piloted him in
both victories.
He’s pictured below winning at Rosehill when first up for almost a year.
INGLIS EASTER SaLE THIS WEEKEND.
Our Bloodstock Team have studied the book back to front and inspections are
under way at Riverside in the process of creating our shortlist of yearlings we
will be pursuing. There are so many boxes to tick before any yearling makes it
to our final list so we know when we are sucessful at Auction we can rest easy
knowing our due diligence could not have been performed any better.
HORSE OF THE MONTH.
coming in May.
• We have been planning a very exciting collaboration between a leading
Jockey and a well known music producer, the fruits of which you will see and
hear next month.
• Stay tuned for details of our Sponsorship day at Caulfield on the 11th May.
• Open Days are being planned for May in Sydney and Melbourne, so we will
be sending you a “Save The Date” shortly.
ON A SOMBRE NOTE.
David mentioned in his video the race accident which happened at Canberra
two weeks ago. In further developments we have learned that young Italian
jockey, Stefano Cherchi has tragically died overnight from injuries he sustained
in that fall.
This is absolutely heart-wrenching and we at BlueBlood Thoroughbreds would
like to express our deepest sympathy. Thoughts are with his family, friends and
the wider Racing community who have been affected by this tragedy.
Be kind to one another.
