WINTER 2023
PENTECOSTAL CHURCH OF GOD

The sweet smell of hay, the soft murmurings of sheep and
goats eager for sleep, the rough wooden frame of a small manger.
These were the humble beginnings our Savior faced upon his advent into this world.
Yet through Him, all of humanity can find the hope, peace, love, and joy we so crave.
What Christmas has become in our world does not always reflect that simple start. Too much,
too many and too stressed is often the theme. Christ came to lighten our burden, to offer us
answers and to be the guiding light which makes the way more easily seen. Returning to that
focus can refill our souls and sharpen our intentions
as we walk through our daily lives.
Around the world, souls are searching for the same things. Something to fill the gaping hole in
their spirit and remind them there is hope, there can be peace, they are loved, and in life
there can be joy. Each year missionaries share that very message with people who have never
heard the "good news". The "good news" which is still changing lives every day. Missionaries
often give up modern day conveniences, spending time with their extended families and the
safety that comes from living in the United States, in order to ensure that no people group
goes without hearing the gospel story. Although you may not be able to travel around the
world yourself, your prayers and support are key components to aiding that process. The
Apostle Paul understood this when he wrote to the church in Corinth. 1 Corinthians 16:2a "On
the first day of the week let every one of you lay in store, as God has prospered him..."
What an honor to participate in the Kingdom!!
At this time of year, we typically come to you to support our missionaries with a Special
Christmas offering. An intentional and generous offering to encourage not only the
missionaries but their families as well. Please look below to understand how to give and may
God bless you and your families as you celebrate the Advent of His Son, Jesus Christ.
Listed below are the various ways you can give. Thank you so much for your continued
support. May God abundantly bless you and your family as you continue to serve Him.
PATHWAYS
October 2023
The most recent trip to Spain was a significant one for Way Walker Ministries. In
collaboration with both the World Missions and the Global Education departments
of the Pentecostal Church of God, a team of eight missionary evangelists was
formed to trek 500 miles on the Camino de Santiago, ministering and sharing along
the way.
The Mission: To deliver the Gospel
Message to seekers on the Camino
de Santiago and develop pathways
for ongoing discipleship.
Blessed are those whose strength is
in you, who have set their hearts
upon Pilgrimage.
Psalm 84:5
The team faced a couple of tremendous obstacles early in the trip. On the first day
of hiking, we encountered terrible weather conditions as we crossed over the Pyrenees
mountains, a challenging endeavor under the best of circumstances. Typically,
with storms of this magnitude the pass is closed, but on this day the authorities
kept it open. As the 15 mile walk left everyone drenched, cold and exhausted, yet
uninjured and in good spirits, we were luckier than many and were happy to crawl
into warm beds. Sadly, the next day Jody fell, and landing badly, broke her arm just
below the shoulder. This break required ongoing medical care and treatment in
Pamplona. Kent and Jody could no longer continue hiking due to the injury and the
subsequent treatment, but the remaining six team members made the decision to
carry on, continuing the mission along the trail to Santiago.
While this could have been seen as a major setback, the Lord has instead turned it
into positive opportunities. With open time between medical appointments, Kent
and Jody were able to travel by bus and by train to cities further out, both on and
off the trail. During these forays they met with pastors, missionaries, and ministers
who are already working in Spain. They used this time to build relationships and to
begin planning how we can work alongside each other in the future to share the
Word of God.
At the same time, the rest of the team continued in the original mission, carrying
Christ’s love across Spain as they walked. We received frequent testimonies from
the trail concerning MANY new friendships, of deep conversations, and of relationships
formed. As a result of the team’s labors, many lives have been changed and
one person made a commitment to follow Christ! Further, some of these divine appointments
have opened doors of opportunity for Way Walker Ministries, allowing
us to build potential connections with an existing network of Christian groups on
the Camino. We were also pleased to learn that the six team members saw and experienced
what we expected that they would—namely that God has prepared the
hearts of many walkers to hear His Word and that this field is ripe for harvest. As
one team member stated, “The people on the Camino are like low-hanging fruit….
they are ripe and ready for picking.”

With all that has happened we continue to be beyond excited to see what God
is doing in Spain. Testimony after testimony confirms that the Lord is building a
network of evangelists along the Camino. He has called hundreds of thousands
of seekers from a multitude of nations and they are ready to hear and to receive
the Gospel. Further, despite the obstacles we may have encountered,
God is faithful in revealing new ways for the mission to move forward.
Future Goals
To gain a stronger, more permanent footprint in Spain.
To continue training and sending teams of evangelists.
To continue seeking, finding and building upon collaborative efforts both in
Spain and at home.
Current Needs
Travel expenses both to/from and while on the field.
Updated technology to remain connected while on the field.
We sincerely thank those who have chosen to support Way Walker Ministries
through your prayers and financial gifts. Please prayerfully consider partnering
with us as we continue to carry the Gospel to Spain and the Camino de Santiago.
The Lord is opening doors to many nations and lives are being transformed
with every step upon the trail.
Buen Camino!
Dear Friends and Family,
Greetings in Jesus’ Wonderful Name!
We rejoice to share reports from Belarus, Hungary and Romania in this issue. God bless you!
BELARUS
Belarusian church celebrates 30th year in HARVEST!

HUNGARY
Pastor Attila reported August 5, 2023 on his 3-weeks VBS in Budapest:
Dear Sarah and your dear husband Gary.
I am letting you know that VBS is over and God has been good to us. God
provided all the teachers and helpers that I needed and the money also.
117 kids attended VBS this year That is even more than last summer.
I involved 8 teachers including myself and I had 7 helpers.
Most kids heard about Jesus's love for the first time.
Also, a few kids came from Christian background.
We delivered English Bibles and Christian literature.
We played sports with the kids also and taught them Christian songs,
prayed with them and praised the Lord together.
Kids enjoyed it, learned about God and studied a little English
and had a great time.
May God continue to richly bless you!
ROMANIA
Bless the Lord for we had a wonderful summer. As autumn brings the
most of the fruits in our region so was September full of events: first the
Union's Yearly Conference. (Much of a surprise, more young families
attended with their children, so we had to organize separate rooms for
children activity.) Then I had to attend because of my position the
National Pentecostal Church Council. Last Sunday I had a marathon day
serving in three Churches: ordained a new deacon in Satu Mare Church, a
bright young man called Robert, then having a Counsel with Margitta
Church Leadership
and preaching at nigh t service in Hadad. I was also mandated to attend
the
Congress of the Evangelical Association from Romania that took place in
Cluj yesterday. The Lord is gracious and He sets everything in order that I
may fill my call. God bless and protect you!
Update from
the Gjeloshanis
Hello!
We are Tomor and Sherry Gjeloshani. We have been blessed to serve in full time missions with Youth With
A Mission for the last 20+ years, serving in Albania (where Tomor is from), Trinidad (where Sherry is from),
and in Colombia, South America. Church planting, evangelism, discipleship, and community development
are some of the ministries with which we have been involved. Our hearts are passionate to serve the
nations and see God’s Kingdom increase wherever He leads us. In June of 2022, we moved to Texas for a
new assignment with the Pentecostal Church of God. We serve as Intercultural Ministries Coordinator and
Counselor and are assigned to Messenger College (MC), PCG’s Bible College. It is a privilege to be a part of
the development of our future PCG ministers, pastors, and missionaries! We have daily interaction and
prayer with the students at Messenger College as they yield themselves to the Lord’s service. Our heart is
to mentor and disciple the students as they go through this season of learning, spiritual formation, and
preparation for the ministry into which God is calling them.
Additionally, we want to encourage and help direct students who feel called to missions to pursue local
and international opportunities in this regard. We are constantly seeking to build missions awareness
through conversations, community outreach, events, and projects. For example, we recently set up a
“Missions Wall” at Messenger College learning center where each month we highlight a new country and
give students the opportunity to learn about the nations and pray for them. Furthermore, each student is
assigned a country and encouraged to learn about and pray for that country.

March is missions month at MC! We have a wide range of events aimed at giving
everyone the opportunity to understand God’s heart for the nations, and our prayer is
that our students will be willing to say, Yes Lord!” in whatever endeavor He leads
them.
At MC, we have men and women who are hungry for God and are eager to fulfill God’s
ministry call upon their life. Fulfilling that call is not always an easy journey, and so we
are committed and humbled to walk with them as God heals, molds, and prepares
them up fulfil their call. Whatever the need may be, we are honored to love our
students and love them well.
Our desire is to see God raise up mighty Pentecostal Church of God ministers and
disciples who will be world changers.
Below is a link where you can see Tomor’s testimony of how God saved and transformed
him from a devout Muslim believer to a missionary first to his family, then to his nation
and to the ends of the earth. What a mighty God we serve!
We invite you to partner with us as we serve our Messenger College students. As we serve
and as you give and pray, together we can impact lives that will impact eternity. If you
would like to hear more about our ministry, please feel free to email or give us a call, we
would love to hear from you.
OCTOBER 2023
PRAYER WORKS!
I am very happy to be able to write you. We got back to Guatemala
on Saturday, August 30. On Sunday Les found me on the
floor. I had vomited a lot of bright red, blood. He was able to get
an ambulance with a doctor in just a few minutes. I under-stand
that not a lot survive such an experience. But thank God Lisa
Wallace was here and came immediately to pray-a life saving
act! In the hospital they found I had varicose veins in my
esophagus. Most of them have now been eliminated, praise
the Lord!! I had pneumonia, but thanks be to God I am over
that. I was nine days in ICU. I arrived home weak and shaky.
Now I am so much better. I thank God for the attentive nursing
But they were praying!
PK RETREATS
year we will have had have retreats in 4 different countries.
eight months! That is unheard of even down here. Our
staff was able to get her in this special program. I am
amazed at her quick learning and incredible progress!!
COSTAL BIBLE SCHOOL CONSTRUCTION
I must admit that I was losing faith in the Coastal Bible
delays . I was ready to give up. But people were praying
just beginning. Look at the pics!! Construction has been
going well and we hope to start classes in February.
Again thank you for praying!!
Thank you for praying for us,
our pastors, leaders, Central
America and Mexico.

We are excited to bring you the latest updates
from the Jamaica Pentecostal Church of God
for the period 2023-2024. In this edition, we have
thrilling news about our mission, with a particular
focus on the Evangelism Department, and we'll
also provide insights into the exciting
developments at the College CMIS (formerly
Caribbean Pentecostal College).
Our mission over the years has been steadfast—to spread the message of God's love and
grace to every corner of our beautiful island. But now, as we look forward to 2023-2024, our
vision is more expansive, our dreams even grander, and our commitment unwavering. We
are determined to broaden our outreach and impact lives in ways we've never done before.
Updates on the Evangelism Department:
The National Evangelism Department of the Jamaica
Pentecostal Church of God is on an incredible journey
to breathe new life into churches that have stood still
for far too long. We're stepping into these churches
with vigor and passion, bringing the message of hope
to their doorsteps.
Our mission encompasses both indoor and outdoor
crusades, and we're also walking hand in hand with the
communities we serve, side by side with our dedicated
pastors. Our theme, "United for the Mission,"
embodies our belief in the power of unity.
But it's not just words; we have a devoted team, a blend of youth and experience, who are
igniting the flames of revival in these churches. We are in the process of creating a child
evangelism department, where the youngest among us will play leadership roles, conducting
children's crusades and outreach programs.
And that's not all. We're venturing into
areas where the need is greatest, like
Black River, St. Elizabeth, which lacks a
presence of our church. We are
determined to plant a seed of faith there
soon.
JAMAICA
Our primary focus is growth, not just in
numbers but also in the depth of
spirituality. We want individuals to mature
in their faith and, even more importantly,
become disciples, leading others to Jesus
Christ.

The College of Ministry and Interdisciplinary Studies (CMIS) formerly
Caribbean Pentecostal College
Our College of Ministry and Interdisciplinary Studies is not just undergoing a
transformation; it's reclaiming its historical identity as the Caribbean Pentecostal
College, established back in the 1960s in the heart of Mizpah, Manchester, Jamaica.
We're proud to say that we have 8 full-time students and 12 actively enrolled in our
island-wide extension program.
Our offerings have expanded too, with a Diploma and Certificate in Christian
Ministry, along with online short courses in Christian Counseling, Evangelism, and
Leadership. This allows us to reach students in rural parishes and across the
Caribbean. We take great pride in being among the pioneer institutions accredited
by the Jamaica Tertiary Education Commission's new agency.
But we have even more ambitious plans. To reach potential students and make
theological education accessible, we are seeking sponsorship for a dedicated bus
that will tour parishes and bring education to the doorstep of eager minds.
Additionally, we aim to establish a technological center, embracing the digital age,
to better engage our students and the community.
Your support is invaluable in this endeavor. We've recognized that seminaries and
Bible colleges face challenges, and it's the Christian community that can bring
about transformation.
As we conclude, we're excited to share that soon, we will have promotional items
available. Your support of our initiatives is vital, and we look forward to your
participation.
We also extend a heartfelt call to all alumni of the Caribbean Pentecostal
College to make contact with us. Let's work together to make our college better
than ever. Your experience, expertise, and passion are invaluable to our mission.
We invite alumni from wherever you are in the Caribbean and the world to join
hands with us in this endeavor.
In closing, we urge you to join us in this remarkable journey. Together, with your
support and faith, we can continue to spread God's love, shine a light on those
who need it most, and make an enduring impact on our communities.
PRAY FOR THE
CARIBBEAN

PRAY FOR THE
CARIBBEAN
The Republic of Trinidad and Tobago is the southernmost Islands of the Caribbean, on August 31st
we celebrated our 62nd anniversary of Independence. The Gospel of Christ has been preached
throughout the Islands for many years. In the 1960s, PCG placed its mark as one of the heralds of the
Good News of Jesus Christ, through the missionary endeavors of Rev. Jake and Lady Ellen Keele in
1968 who came to Trinidad and sowed the initial seed that has now blossomed into TTPCG today.
I was elected National Bishop in August 2019 just
before the onslaught of the Covid 19 virus. The period
has been a trying time for the Church globally, and
TTPCG is definitely not excluded, having said this, it
has been a great time of learning for us. We’ve
learned more of the power of our God to keep, the
resilience given by the Holy Spirit through faith and
hard work. God has been kind!
Our vision is to develop by the power of the Holy
Spirit, a strong and viable organization committed to
sound Biblical teaching and lifestyle, enthusiastic
about service to humanity and the salvation of the
lost. We are a part of the movement that impacts
eternity positively for the Glory of God!
We were given the mandate, “to set in order the things that are lacking, and appoint elders in every
city,” and this is what we endeavor to do by building stronger bonds among our present Ministers
and Churches, by believing God to align Churches who desire to come under the banner of our
missional nation PCG, by creating greater awareness to our national population of the presence and
mission of TTPCG and by planting two churches within the next half-decade.
Remember PCG in the beautiful twin island Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.
Praise Report From Africa
Psalms 66:17 “Now my mouth overflows with the highest praise”
As I look back at our trip to Kenya and Burundi in August, my heart overflows with praise. For the first
time I was able to partner with our medical missionary, Windy Wright. We had our first medical
missions in Kenya. This is a trip I will always remember. Thank you Windy for your heart and all you did
to make this possible. To see over 1800 patients have the opportunity for physical and spiritual needs
to be met was amazing. Pastor Bob Barker presented the gospel to each group and over 340
committed their lives to Christ.
Thank you to an amazing team of Kenyan doctors and nurses and helpers from the United States.
Thank you to Pastor Ben Nyatuka of Calvary Covenant Center in Nairobi and your wonderful team of
volunteers.
Our team went to Burundi for a Pastors’ Conference. It is so incredible to see the hunger and
willingness to come and learn even if transportation is long and difficult. We were in service with Bishop
Aime in his new church on Sunday and were so blessed. Thank you, Bishop Time, for your love and
hospitality.
Thank you all who supported us in this mission. We can go but you make it possible with support and
prayers.
Please continue to pray for Africa leaders and churches there!
Myanmar has been in a civil war for years. A few months ago our church people in the villages of Zonuam
fled because their village was being bombed by helicopter. When it was safe to return home, they found
out that the public schools would not reopen. This was for political reasons. Sunday school teachers
started teaching our church kids. Students are divided into 3 groups for classes. Math, English, Myanmar,
Chin (their ethnicity) and a Bible lesson are the subjects taught. Two public school teachers have been
hired to oversee the teaching of the subjects that the government requires.
The oldest group of students, teenagers.
This congregation is constructing a new church building. But the civil war has caused prices to skyrocket.
If you feel led to donate towards this church building, please clearly mark your donations for the
Myanmar church. Thank you.
NEWS FROM THE NUTTS – FALL 2023
IN GRATITUDE
Greetings. We owe it all too Jesus! This has been a trying time for us. Our
health issues resulting from our near fatal accident are still present although we
are doing a lot better. We had complicated legal issues relating to the accident
that have been miraculously resolved also. God’s Word is true and never fails.
“Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no
evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. Thou
preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my
head with oil; my cup runneth over.” We owe our lives to Jesus and we
commit to do His will with all of our might. Thank-you for praying and
supporting us always.
OVERVIEW OF THE WORK
We have several ongoing church constructions in Bolivia.
Please pray for the work in Bolivia, Argentina, Uruguay, and
Chile. The PCG has 12 churches in Argentina, 6 churches in
Bolivia, 2 churches in Uruguay, and 4 churches in Chile. This
is a crucial year in the harvest. The Lord is coming quickly.
Perhaps the year 2024 will be the last year to work before
his return. May He find us busy!
SCHOOL OF MISSIONS—January 6 through 31.
Bishop Marcelo Torres of Chile invites those interested in
missions to spend a month in the southern region of Chile. The
first module is called “Preparing the Bride.” Room and board is
$195.00. All you have to do is purchase your ticket. For a great
intercultural experience contact me at wrnutt@gmail.com
We have been unable to go to the USA to itinerate. Please continue to support us. We
are only an extension of your ministry. We pledge to you that we will continue to labor
according to the vision that God has given us preaching the gospel, preparing pastors,
building projects, and enabling children to have a Spirit filled life with unlimited future.
FALL 2023
News from the
Philippines!
PRAISE THE LORD! It seems like we have been extremely busy for the last year. We thank God for the way He has ministered
and blessed in all the churches and for keeping us safe during our travels. Again, thank you so much for your
prayers on our behalf.
TYPHOON SEASON! We have received reports of typhoons raging through the Philippines. This is the typhoon
season. Thus far, there have been no reports of excessive damage or loss of life, for which we praise the Lord. Please continue
to pray for the Philippines and our Pastors and church members. We must hold each other up in prayer.
NEW CHURCHES! The church in Malanumlanum has the walls up and is ready for roofing. God has blessed these dear
people in the mountainous region of central Luzon. The Shute Legacy Fund has given money to construct much needed
restrooms for the new Multi-purpose building at Mindanao Bible College. We hope to soon start building an add-on to the
church in Naguilian for classrooms for the children. We thank God for the growth of the church.
PAULA’S ACCIDENT! We have finally got to see an Orthopedic Doctor here in the U.S. in late July. He stated that
Paula’s knee surgery in the Philippines was done right and that she is healing well. Thank you for your prayers for her complete
healing.
THANK YOU! We thank God for the faithful support of our Mission Partners. You are truly having a divine impact on
so many lives in the Philippines, Asia, and the World. May God bless you as you bless others.
Sharing a meal with 100 children from His Kids while my youngest daughter, Carissa and I were in Ethiopia. His
Kids is our initiative to build support for struggling families especially those that are single parents with children.
Greetings in Jesus name,
In our last trip to Ethiopia, my youngest daughter, Carissa and I distributed meals
prepared by our His Kids program to a 100
children. During this trip, with the help of a local
church working with Compassion International,
we were able to identify 10 children without any
sponsors who were in need and begin to support
them monthly with assistance to help them with
essential needs. Our His Kids program has
provided meals, blankets, clothes and school
supplies to children to help them be successful. We have a heart from God to do
much more and are feeling from the Holy Spirit that we would like to also identify
orphans and start an orphanage in Addis Ababa as well as continuing to help
struggling families to succeed. The gospel presentation is actively being presented
and we are seeing people come to Christ. When we were in Ethiopia, I asked if

anyone had come to Christ since our Christmas outreach and the Pastor there told
us that three families had come in since that time to salvation and become
members of the local church: two Orthodox and one Muslim family.
We are feeling in our hearts that we want to continue to do more to reach families
with challenges and orphans on the streets of Addis Ababa. But, in order to do this
we need to raise more monthly support to cover the cost of an orphanage. We
need individuals and churches who can commit to monthly support and/or to one
time gifts to make more possible. We need prayer support and around 2,300 USD
to get an orphanage started in Addis Ababa. If we could get 23 churches or
individuals to give 100 dollars a month we could begin to specifically assist children
on the streets to find a home and meet a Savior that loves them through our His
Kids program. If you are interested in partnering with us, you can send to our PCG
account 3805 with His Kids Orphanage designation and it will go to that account to
help us build support for an orphanage project. If you have any questions you can
contact us on Facebook at Brett Ransom or Michelle Ransom or email:
ransomb1971@gmail.com or call Brett (231)672-0917.
Thank you for your support and Jesus richly bless you all!
GLOBAL EDUCATION
SPAIN
We begin our day with a summit but are rewarded
with a beautiful horizon. The company of other
pilgrims, whose relationships had been established
days prior, make for encouraging conversations.
CAMINO DE SANTIAGO
For the last year, we have been cultivating a team
to walk the Camino de Santiago in partnership
with Kent and Jody Brown, Spain PCG
Missionaries. This team included Efrain and
Macaya Hernandez, Zia Rios, and Juan
Maldonado.
While the days are hard, the times of ministry
through listening, conversation, and prayer are
promising for the coming days to pour into the
seeds planted.
The Camino de Santiago is a 500-mile pilgrimage
that covers the northern part of Spain. During this
journey, we averaged 15-17 miles a day and
shared the gospel with those we walked with each
day. Our team was trained and prepared. Even
then, it was a test of endurance and a daily
reliance on the Holy Spirit. It was a time of
constant ministry. We are excited to partner with
the Browns in the future and to cultivate
internship opportunities on the Camino for future
mission-minded students.
Each step welcomed the word of the prophet
Isaiah, “...but they that wait for the Lord shall
renew their strength, they shall mount up with
wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary,
they shall walk and not faint.”
Keshmish (Apache) Danistayohihv (Cherokee) Merry Christmas.
Luke 2:7 “And she brought forth her firstborn Son, and wrapped Him in swaddling
clothes and laid Him in a manger; because there was no room for them in the inn.”
I have often wondered what the Innkeeper’s response would have been had he
known that the one seeking refuge in his inn was the Son of God. I would like to
think that he would have rolled out the red carpet and given Jesus the royal
treatment. Would He have given Mary and Joseph the best room in the inn or
thrown a big party, invited everyone in the town to celebrate the birth of the new
King? Yet none of this happened, no celebration for the new king, born in a
manger, his birth celebrated in obscurity. This Christmas season the world will
stop to celebrate Christmas. Many will decorate, throw big parties, and like the
innkeeper of Bethlehem, make no room for Jesus.
Throughout the Native Nations of the United States, Native American ministers
faithfully celebrate the birth of Jesus. Like the angels, the messengers of God, they
will declare good tidings of great joy, to all people. We would like to bless these
ministers of the Gospel once again with a Christmas offering. In order to get this
offering to our missionaries before Christmas we need to receive your gifts by
November 1st.
Over the years, you have given generously to Native Ministries for Christmas. I
want to take a moment and thank you for your love and support. Please consider
making Christmas 2023 our greatest Christmas offering to date.
Together we can reach every Tribe, Tongue and Nation. Every boy and girl for
Jesus!
Listed below are the various ways you can give. Thank you so much for
your continued support. May God abundantly bless you and your
family as you continue to serve Him.
