STAGE ONE:
Secure Logistics
The initial step in our secure IT recycling solution is an ADISA approved process that keeps
your IT equipment secure during transport from your site to ours.
Unique job reference numbers are allocated to each IT item prior to collection
Equipment is fully tracked through the transport, delivery and data destruction process
No minimum quantities, collections available throughout the UK and Ireland

We can collect loose, caged or palletised equipment and provide storage containers

STAGE TWO:
Secure Destruction
Vyta guarantees secure and certified data destruction, in an
environmentally responsible way.
Our data destruction is accurate, quality-controlled, and all
procedures are fully documented, guaranteeing 100% of data is
permanently erased and unrecoverable from all IT equipment.
Devices unsuitable for data destruction are securely shredded.
All data-bearing devices are wiped using Blancco Data Eraser
before passing as 100% erased
All assets are tracked with details of asset type, collection date,
make and model, and serial numbers recorded
Items that cannot be successfully wiped, and are unsuitable for
remarketing are securely shredded
Certificates of Destruction are provided to all clients
STAGE THREE:
Equipment Resale & Revenue
Return
Vyta's expert refurbishment process enables us to
maximise the volume of IT equipment that is sold,
rather than recycled, thus providing a revenue return
for our clients.
We endeavour to get the greatest return for our clients
by using Vyta's various channels, including reselling to
education, B2B, trade, and directly to end users.
Data bearing kit is not resold without a Blancco or
shred verification, ensuring maximum data security.

Data Destruction Services
Vyta provide both onsite and offsite data destruction services
depending on customer requirement. Vyta’s onsite shredding
service, DiskShred provides shredding on customer site throughout
Europe, Ireland and the UK.

Vyta’s ITALM Services
From Bonded Stock to Asset Tagging and Imaging, Vyta
provides comprehensive services to ensure your IT hardware is
managed and configured to meet your specific requirements
throughout the asset lifecycle.
Bonded Stock
Vyta offers the flexibility to hold any required quantity of stock at our secure
configuration facility. We provide audit reports and minimise on-site work,
offering additional logistics services such as packaging removal and recycling,
MAC address auditing, and DOA checks before shipment. Our international
courier and deployment network enables flexible batch or individual shipments.
Asset Tagging
We can use and customise your provided asset tags or create on your behalf,
ensuring placement and tagging material/design meet your specific
requirements. We create an asset register with essential information such as
asset tag reference, serial number, device manufacturer, Part Number, and
more. If you require any other information on the devices, Vyta can create a
process to ensure the information is collected and uploaded where
applicable, to the client's own CMBD.
Standard and Advanced Imaging
Our trained engineers deliver consistent, QA-tested device builds to your
specifications using various technologies such as SSCM, MDT, Ivanti and
Autopilot. The configuration team have the capability to provide this service
on any IT hardware, from Laptops to Servers. We can handle requests for
fully manual installs, fully automated processes, or a hybrid of the two. Our
advanced imaging services replicate your specific configurations and can
provide a complete, out-of-the-box, end-user shipping experience. Vyta also
offers standard imaging services using an image file supplied by you or
captured by us.
Additional Configuration
Our services include BIOS and firmware updates, hashing, critical updates,
and enrolment.
Other Pre-Delivery Services
Removal and disposal of packaging with the correct downstream process,
accessory fitting, component installation and DOA testing.
Joiner Services
Our onboarding service allows for the swift and hassle-free provision of new
or existing devices from stock to welcome a new member of your team.

Leaver Services
Our easy collection service ensures the timely retrieval of all
company-owned IT assets from exiting employees across the UK and Ireland.
Devices are securely erased and refurbished, ready for future deployment.
Device Refresh Services
For users due a device upgrade, we deploy new, configured devices and
welcome sheets wherever they are in the UK. We provide clear instructions
for returning the existing device and manage the entire process, from data
erasure to device disposition.
Device Swap-out Services
In case of defective devices, we offer fast next-day swap-outs from stock. A
fully configured device is sent in exchange for the return of the defective
device. Our tote box service allows users to return faulty devices at their own
pace.
IT Decommissioning
Our experienced engineering teams travel across Europe for onsite
decommissioning and collection work. This includes decommissioning from
offices, data centres, and remote offices, ensuring timely project delivery in
line with client expectations and project timescales.
Vyta Smart Hands
Customers can outsource technical resources to provide a range of support.
Engineers can perform instructed tasks as part of the IT team or
independently, depending on the specific requirements.
Relocation
A fully managed secure IT equipment relocation service includes secure
dedicated logistics and installation process to meet your business needs and
deadlines.
Packaging Removal
Vyta offers packaging management. Our team will remove all equipment
packaging and sort and recycle it accordingly at our site.
Equipment Deployment
Vyta makes deployment and moving to a new location, new equipment
installation, or infrastructure expansion simple. With extensive warehousing
and distribution ability, we can also provide on-site pre-configuration for
deployments.
