Inspiring the next generation<br />
InstallerFUTURES is the learner and apprentice programme at<br />
InstallerSHOW. It aims to provide students and apprentices with a<br />
meaningful and structured visit to the show. We believe it’s important<br />
to invest time in the next generation of heating, plumbing, electrical<br />
and renewable professionals.<br />
Recruitment for InstallerFUTURES is<br />
carried out through our partnerships with<br />
local colleges and training centres.<br />
Transport is provided to the NEC, and<br />
learners are accompanied by their course<br />
leaders. The programme begins with a<br />
series of presentations designed to offer<br />
valuable insight into the industry. These<br />
sessions are delivered by a mix of<br />
installers, industry insiders and<br />
manufacturers, wrapping up with a visit<br />
from a celebrity guest.<br />

of the measures put in place during the pandemic, the decision was taken to<br />
