Andreas Döllerer was practically born with a passion for good

his „Alpine Cuisine“ has created a culinary bridge between

reinterpreted dishes from the Salzburg Alps,. The virtuosic
and utterly unique cooking skills of this award-winning chef
delight guests and the professional press alike, as evidenced
by numerous national and international awards. The Döllerer
Restaurant has been at the culinary forefront of Austria for
many years. Andreas Döllerer‘s culinary line reflects tradition,
a connection to his homeland, and a distinctive modern interpretation,
as well as his genuine appreciation for regional
products.
Culinary enjoyment has always held special significance for the
Döllerer family. It goes far beyond sophisticated cuisine and
fine wines, defining epicurean experiences as a comprehensive,
all-encompassing philosophy that guides and accompanies the
family in their daily work and creativity – and with immense
success. What began in 1909 with an inn and butcher’s shop
in Golling near Salzburg has, with much love and the joy that
comes from heartfelt hospitality, grown into the diversified
family business we know today.
