and soul. Upon entering, you will breathe in total well-being,
thanks also to the assistance of our Sauna Masters, who will
guarantee you an unforgettable experience. They will organise
daily Aufguss Shows in the Alpine Event Sauna, with many
exciting special effects; relaxing Steam Aufguss in the Crystal
Steam Bath, to purify your body; and relaxation activities
with Tibetan Bells in the Zen Relaxation Area, which joins
the Blumen Relaxation Area and the Wald Relaxation Area,
where you can enjoy moments of rest in the harmony of the
ambience and enveloping fragrances.
We have your wellness at heart and wellness starts from a
healthy lifestyle, which is why we do not allow you to wear
bathing suits in our centre, including the whirlpool, because
when you expose them to high temperatures, bathing suits
can release toxic substances, besides preventing free blood
circulation. Kids under 14 are not allowed in the wellness
centre.

using exclusive and natural products from our region. Our
estheticians will advise you according to your needs.

We are a relax oasis. Please speak softly and take a time-out from your phone.
CLOTHING
We suggest you to come to the booked treatment with your soft Adler bathrobe. Leave your jewellry and valuables in the safe
in your room. For massages, we suggest disposable underwear. Your body will be covered, in any case, with a soft towel.
CANCELLATION
Treatments and massages will be charged when booked. If you change your mind, we ask you to cancel your appointment at
least 24 hours before your appointment. Otherwise half price of the service will be charged.

Would you like to buy a gift for yourself or your loved ones? All products used in our Beauty Farm are available to be bought,

Heat, warmth, natural essences, aromatic infusions, peace
and rest... what a bliss.
The dry heat of the Sauna and the steamy heat of the Turkish Bath can be a source
of wellness, which relax your body and mind and restore strength and good mood.
Through your sweat you will release waste and toxins, leaving your skin smooth
and clean. The heat will help you relaxyou muscles, simplifying the disposal of
the lactic acid. Moreover, temperature changes will make your arteries dilate and
narrow, increasing their elasticity. It can always be the right moment, you just need
to dedicate some time to yourself. No predetermined schedules: your biological clock
will determine how much time you will need to spend in each cabin and relax area. No
contact lenses, jewelry or smartphones are allowed, because they do not react well
with high temperatures, that you will find in Saunas and Turkish Bath, nor with your
relax and other people’s privacy. Sauna cabins can only be accessed without bathing
suit or clothing, not only for hygiene issues, but also to allow the heat to deeply seep
into your skin and not to prevent your free blood circulation.
Here is how to take advantage of this “warm” treatments:
The Sauna: it was always related to well-being, following the northern tradition. For a
great experience you need to stretch out your towel on the wooden benches. Then sit
on it, in order to make your towel gather your sweat. When you feel a desire of refresh,
it means you need to leave the cabin, take a quick shower, as cold as possible, and
give yourself a pleasant moment of relaxation on our comfortable loungers or in the
whirlpool. This cycle can be repeated for as many times as your body wishes.
Aufguss: the top moment of a Sauna is the Aufguss (steam jets): our sauna masters
will place some ice combined with different essence on the stoves, causing humidity
increase. With the aid of a towel they will cleverly carry the steam towards you and you
will be persuaded by a warm shiver. Some Aufguss variants could provide honey and
salt ice-cubes to cool down.
Turkish Bath: used by the athletes of ancient Greece and made famous by the Turkish.
It consists in a room saturated with steam, that induces skin perspiration, with lower
temperatures in comparison to the sauna. The combined usage of essences, such
as eucalyptus, is a true remedy for your respiratory tract. Here you will use the given
waxed towels, that need to be arranged on the heated benches. After the Turkish bath
you will need a quick shower and to follow a right relaxation moment.

Our new "Alpine Event Sauna", a Finnish sauna for 50 people
with a temperature of 90°, high-level Aufguss Shows, lighting,
special effects, and Bose sound system will allow our skilled
Sauna Masters to amaze you every day. The Alpine Event Sauna
will be the home of a new "Exciting Wellness Experience".
CRYSTAL STEAM BATH
Illuminated by salt crystals, in a modern style and with large
windows, it is the perfect place to enjoy the balsamic essences
it releases, a healthy touch for the respiratory tract. Our sauna
masters will accompany you daily with steam aufguss and body
and face peeling, which will give you a very smooth skin.
HAY BIO SAUNA
The organic essences of the Bio-Sauna and its temperature
of around 60° are an excellent panacea for our body, which will
warm up slowly, allowing us to stimulate circulation, purify the
skin and open the respiratory tract.
WHIRLPOOL
Our large 50 square meter whirlpool is the ideal completion
of the wellness path, always to be used without a swimming
costume. It consists of three pools of different depths: a central
pool with whirlpool seats, a deeper pool with geysers, and a
third area with a waterfall for neck massage, whirlpool and
three chaise lounges.

TEA OFFICE
In modern style, with hot and cold drink dispensers, this
is the central part of our wellness centre, where you can
replenish your fluids and hydrate your body from inside.
Here you can find our Sauna Masters ready to guide you to
your deepest wellbeing.
WALD RELAXATION AREA
It is the first relaxation area you come across, with large
chandeliers and rotating loungers, surrounding plants and
soft lighting, it is the ideal place to start your relaxation.
Easily accessible from the Tea Office, you can sip your
favourite beverage here during your wellness session.
BLUMEN RELAXATION AREA
The crackling of the fire brings back the feeling of the
mountains, conveying peace and harmony of the senses.
Let yourself be enveloped in the warmth and relax on the
comfortable loungers, perfect after a sauna session or for
relaxing and reading a book.
ZEN RELAXATION AREA
Ideal for relaxation and deep rest, the "Zen" relaxation
area is the place where our guests can enjoy moments of
complete physical and mental relaxation. The Himalayan
salt walls, which consent the elimination of stress and
muscle tension, allow complete relaxation, in combination
with the Tibetan Bells Relaxation Sessions daily organized
by our Sauna Masters.
OUTDOOR AREA
Outdoor area where you can oxygenate your body after
sauna rituals, savouring fresh fruit and enjoying the thirst
quenching effect of a juice or herbal tea.

Dolomiti Vital Pool
A new indoor and outdoor pool of 20 meters heated all year round at 33°, with whirlpool and new relaxation areas. "Bio" water
sanitation system with free radicals, low chlorination (-80% compared to traditional pools), certified ecological disinfection
and drinking water quality.
