2024 Fairest of the Fair
Jayden Rather
Dear Fairgoers,
My name is Jayden Rather, the
2024 Waukesha County Fairest
of the Fair. I am 20 years old
and am studying kinesiology
at UW-Madison with plans to
attend physical therapy school.
I would like to welcome you
all to the 182nd Waukesha
County Fair. The Fair really is
the best 5 days of July and we
have a lot of Homegrown Fun
in store for everyone to enjoy!
It has been an honor to serve
Waukesha County this past year
and connect with members of
the community. I love having
the opportunity to showcase
local farmers and businesses.
A fun fact about me is that I
have shown animals for 14
years and this year at the Fair
I am exhibiting swine. Be sure
to check out all of the livestock
and exhibitor projects. I can’t
wait to see everyone here!

The 2024 Waukesha County Honorary
Fair Marshal, Rob Schuett, has been
an integral part of the fair for almost
60 years. From his youth days showing
cattle at the Fair, to his current, multifaceted
hand in helping the Fair run
year after year, his nomination by the
Board was a unanimous choice. Rob’s
roots at the Waukesha County Fair go
back to the 1960s when his parents
purchased a farm in Mukwonago and
raised Polled Herefords at the time. At
10 years old, Rob began showing his
family’s cattle at the Fair along with
his brothers. Rob recalls learning a lot
while visiting the farm on weekends and
