ARTS ALLIANCE MEMBERSHIP
Pursuing the Fine Arts is a way of life for many Montverde Academy students. The arts
offer a way for students to unleash their creativity through self-expression. We realize
the importance of fostering this artistry. Our Fine Arts department, staffed by talented
and knowledgeable faculty who are artists in their own right, provides students with
exceptional music, theatre, visual arts, media arts, and conservatory programs.
Our Fine Arts programs have achieved high marks of success, and through these
programs, students reach new heights in their innovation and originality. The
Montverde Academy Arts Alliance was established to help financially support the
Academy’s Fine Arts programs and continue our tradition of excellence in the arts.
“The Theatre Conservatory prepared me for the University of
Minnesota by expanding my knowledge of acting, voice, and
movement techniques and by giving me a sense of drive and
confidence in my own voice. I was always encouraged to find
my own self as an actor, and to find what made me stand out.
As a result, I feel confident in my performances in classes and
confident in my value as an actor. I wouldn't be as successful as
I am today without the foundation I was given
in my 4 years of conservatory training at MVA.”

Membership Levels
All Arts Alliance Membership Levels include digital recognition in the Theatre Lobby and print recognition
in the Production Programs.
BLACK BOX CIRCLE - $10,000+
• Name displayed on temporary recognition plaque in
the Sandra O. Stephens theatre. Upon completion of
the Black Box Theatre, donor name will be displayed
on the permanent recognition plaque in the Black Box
Theatre.
• One VIP Parking spot in the Fine Arts Circle for each
production for the night of your choosing.
• All Producer Level Benefits (excluding a 24/7
parking spot)
PRODUCER - $5,000
• Premium reserved seats for ALL Fine Arts productions:
– Eight (8) premium reserved seats for the Mainstage
productions, Choral Cabaret, and Middle School
production
– Access for eight (8) to the reserved Arts Alliance
section for the HolidayFest Concert, the Strings
Concerts, Impromptu, and the Lower School

Apprentice Level Memberships are available to parents
whose eldest MVA student is in Middle or Lower School.

MVARP members get access to special membership benefits that include exclusive offers, recognition, and

“This was our son’s first year at MVA coming from another local private
school and we were absolutely blown away by our experience as Arts
Alliance members this year. We can say first hand that there is no
comparison in the Alliance Night at Montverde versus any other school.
The Arts Alliance has many fun and creative opportunities to get to know
other parents as well as the Fine Arts department. Our Arts Alliance
donation remains within the Fine Arts Department providing the students
an opportunity to create performances like the Black Box series. These
experiences provide us with more chances to watch our children grow up
on stage.”

FUNDING
For the fifth consecutive year, the Arts Alliance funded 100 percent of all
requests received.
In 2023-24, the Arts Alliance proudly supported the Montverde Academy Fine Arts
program by financing the following requests:
• The final installment for the $150,000 Audio Production Studio fully funded
by the Arts Alliance.
• A Portable Racked Sound System
• A Bass Guitar & Amp
• Electric Drum Set
• 2 Commissioned Works for our 2024-25 New Play Festival
• Replacement elements for the auditorium microphones
• New TV Studio White Wall
• Registration and travel expenses for the FMEA Conference & All State Ensembles,
the Theatre District Competition, and the Florida State Thespians competition
