OVERVIEW
The Intercabin is a modular cabin and can therefore be used in all sorts
of different areas without having to make any changes to the machine.
Work in optimum conditions
Plenty of freedom of movement in the cabin interior, excellent 360°
all-round visibility and a comfortable driver’s seat allow the driver to

The wire harness is an electrical system that enables all functions of the cabin.

CABIN REAR WALL
The area behind the driver‘s seat can be made either of sheet metal
with corresponding sound insulation to achieve even better soundproofing,
or it is also possible to fit a glass pane in this area to provide
a better view towards the rear of the machine.

DOORS
In order to adapt to various types of machines with different structural
requirements, the Intercabin is designed in a way that the doors can
be opened on one or two sides and the hinges can be mounted on
either the front or on the rear of the cabin frame. An innovative locking
system and well-installed seals guarantee that the cabin is hermetically
sealed.

cab to ensure safety and ease of work for the operator.

MIRRORS
The Intercabin is equipped with electrically adjustable and
heated side mirrors. A blind spot mirror can be added on request.

WINDSCREEN &
WIPER-WASHER SYSTEM
For the windscreen, there is the option of either fitting a tempered safety glass
with a central windscreen wiper or using a laminated safety glass with the
wiper-washer system fitted to the front of the roof.
In addition, there’s the possibility to mount wipers on the side doors. These
wipers are installed on the door hinges to not affect visibility.

LIGHTS
The Intercabin has 6 LED headlights mounted at the front under the cab roof.
There is also the option of mounting work lights on the side
and/or rear of the cab.
An optional LED beacon light can be mounted on the cab roof if
required, ensuring outstanding visual awareness for road users.

OVERVIEW
AIR CIRCULATION
These pictures represent the airflow of the cabin. The air from outside
of the cabin gets purified by the four filters, which are mounted under
the roof on the left and right side of the cabin.
Inside the cabin, the air outlets are designed to demist the windows
and also ensure the driver’s comfort.

Thanks to the powerful HVAC system, the efficient
sealing of the cabin and option of specific certified
filters, the Intercabin is certified as an ISO 15695
Category 4 cabin.

VENTILATION SYSTEM
WITH HEATING & AIR
CONDITIONING UNIT
The HVAC system consists of a ventilation system with a
heating and cooling unit, hoses, a condensor, a dehydrating
filter, a pressure switch and an automatic climate control.
In combination with the Category 4 filters a pressure sensor
can be installed. Furthermore there’s the possibility to install
an auxiliary heating system inside the cabin

constant temperature in the cabin under
difficult climate condtions or when heat
from the engine is not available. 15

FILTERS
The customer can choose between three types of filter: a dust filter, an
active carbon filter or a certified DIN EN 15695 Category 4 filter. The
mounting of the filters is very simple to ensure better maintenance and
easier replacement.

INTERIOR STANDARD
EQUIPMENT
The Intercabin is manufactured with a fabric-covered ABS headliner.
This type of material reduces the noise level in the interior and the
design gurantees maximum ergonomics when working in the cab.
The entire cabin interior is covered with ABS panels, which gives the
cabin a more aesthetically complete and attractive design. In addition,
the ABS covers insulate the cab from external noise and favour air
circulation from the heating and air conditioning system.
A moulded floor mat is laid on the floor of the cabin. Furthermore, the
cabin is equipped with a bottle holder, coat hooks, a safety hammer,
ceiling lights and two 12-volt sockets.

FLOOR PANELS
The mounting plate of the pedals and the steering
column, as well as the mounting plate for the seat are
screwed to the cabin frame. The standard mounting
plates are cut to fit the steering column and seat
offered in the catalogue. Both plates can be laser cut
according to the customers requirements.

SEATS, SWIVEL PLATE
& STEERING COLUMN
The standard pneumatic seat that we offer for the Intercabin is
equipped with a headrest, a safety belt, a micro switch, an armrest on
the left side and an adjustable joystick holder on the right side, which
the customer later can personalise according to their needs.
Furthermore a swivel plate can be mounted under the driver’s seat,
which allows the operator to turn the seat 32º in both directions.
The layout of the Intercabin also gives the customer the possibility to
add a passenger seat on the left side of the driver’s seat.
The customer can also choose to add our ergonomic, telescopic and
tiltable steering column, which is equipped with a stalk switch that
enables the control of some of the machine’s operating elements.

SUN BLINDS
Front and side sun visors can be used to protect against disturbing
light irradiation. If the blinds aren’t in use, they disappear under the
headliner.

on the left side of the driver’s seat.

TRANSPORT RACK
Safe handling of the cabin is essential for such a high quality product.
Wooden pallets are not reusable and are therefore suitable for small
series and prototypes.
Steel pallets guarantee safe transportation and are reusable, making
them ideal for series deliveries.
