service here at <strong>Highcliffe</strong>.<br />

We have been running day excursions for<br />

over 25 years, picking up through the<br />

local area from Poole to New Milton.<br />

Most of the destinations are tried & tested<br />

and we are always looking out for<br />

somewhere new and exciting!<br />

We trust you will notice the difference<br />

when travelling on board a <strong>Highcliffe</strong><br />

<strong>Coach</strong>. We have luxury modern touring<br />

coaches with comfortable legroom, toilet<br />

facilities and modern safety features. Not<br />

forgetting our ‘top’ drivers!<br />

As always, a huge tribute to all our<br />

wonderful staff for their brilliant efforts.<br />

Most of the day excursions allow for<br />

around 4 1/2 hours at the destination<br />

although this does vary slightly on some<br />

trips. Please check the timings when<br />

booking.<br />

PLEASE NOTE - IF YOU CANCEL YOUR TRIP YOU WILL BE LIABLE FOR CANCELLATION CHARGES AS SET OUT BELOW.<br />

We will make every effort to carry out the programme and itineraries as advertised but must reserve the right to<br />

cancel any excursion or alter routes, timings or stopping places without prior notice due to circumstances beyond<br />

our control. We will not be responsible for any additional costs you may incur if trips do not operate or are delayed.<br />

We reserve the right, notwithstanding any other provision of these terms and conditions, to cancel an individual<br />

booking (subject to any refund being made) or refuse to accept a booking, at our absolute discretion.<br />

**NEW** Henley & Thames River Cruise<br />

Exciting NEW day out for <strong>2024</strong>! We start the day heading to Reading where we board our<br />

excellent private river boat for a 90 minute cruise through Wind in The Willows country! Our<br />

boat is the handsome Caversham Lady which had an extensive re-fit in 2016 to bring her up to<br />

modern high standards of comfort - easy to access and has great views all around as well as a<br />

Step back in time with us, as we head first to one of our favourite stopping places, Marlborough. This archetypal English Market town has that 'film<br />

location' quality and is a great spot to stroll around and enjoy a nice lunch. In the afternoon we head to nearby Kintbury and board the 'Kennet Valley'<br />

horse drawn barge for a 2 ½ hour cruise along the beautiful Kennet & Avon Canal. This wide beam passenger boat was purpose built for carrying<br />

passengers and is powered solely by the towing action of the horse making for a tranquil journey. Facilities onboard include a well stocked bar serving tea,<br />

gardens to woodlands. There are plenty of lovely viewpoints and a selection of architectural sculptures adds interest to your visit. The house does not<br />

Step back into summer 1940 at the Duxford Battle of Britain Air Show and see historic Duxford come to life. In the air, on the ground, and even in the<br />

Memorable day out before Christmas as we first travel to Oxford for a couple of hours of free<br />

time in the city centre. The historic buildings in the town centre really come alive at Christmas -<br />

time for something to eat, do some shopping or visit one of the excellent museums. Late<br />

afternoon we board the coach and head north to Blenheim Palace. After a very well received<br />

display last year we have booked for admission to the Evening Light Trail. Follow the trail through<br />

the Formal Gardens with a spectacular display of lights and projections. Discover singing<br />

Christmas Trees, swaying lawns of colour and brightly lit boats on the Great Lake. Warming<br />

Come along for a fun day out to the excellent Warner - Sinah Warren Hotel, beautifully located on the<br />

shore of Langstone Harbour on Hayling Island. Starting with a very welcome mulled wine/orange juice<br />
