By signing this document, you agree to the following conditions:<br />

• Your booking will not be confirmed until payment has been received in full, and this agreement has<br />

been signed and returned.<br />

• Cancellations will be accepted with at least 21 days’ notice before the booking date, options<br />

include:<br />

o A refund back to the original payment method less a $20 administration fee.<br />

o A credit for the full value paid issued to your <strong>Dovercourt</strong> account.<br />

• All cancellation requests made with less than 21 days’ notice will not be refunded or credited.<br />

o Exceptions may be made in extenuating circumstances or for medical reasons if a medical<br />

certificate is provided.<br />

• No alcohol or drugs are permitted on the premises. Renters or attendees who appear intoxicated will<br />

be refused their room without a refund.<br />

• Room capacity limits are to be enforced without exception. If the number of attendees differs from<br />

what was originally booked, additional fees may be incurred.<br />

• Key(s) for rental space (if applicable) will be returned to <strong>Dovercourt</strong> staff within 2 hours after the<br />

rental end time. If rental end time exceeds <strong>Dovercourt</strong> customer service desk hours, key(s) can be<br />

returned to the drop box at the front door.<br />

• Renter must be at least 18 years old, and always be present at the rented space during the agreed<br />

rental period.<br />

• Tables and chairs will be provided by <strong>Dovercourt</strong> facilities staff based on availability and room<br />

capacities.<br />

o Facilities staff will bring tables and chairs to and from the rental space, as requested.<br />

o All set up and tear-down of tables and chairs will be done by facility staff.<br />

o Renters are responsible for cleaning the rental space after rental period is over.<br />

• Set up and take down time will be included in the rental period and will be an additional charge if<br />

over 30 minutes.<br />
