FSP Head Boards significantly aid in reducing the damage by material transported. 

FSP’s polyethylene Hungry Boards are lighter than traditional steel. They allow 

you to increase payload and help in the reduction of damage, thus maximising the 

potential of your haul truck. 

Once installed our Hungry Boards assist in dramatically reducing the damage 

caused by rocks. Overburden falling over the cab of the haul truck and destroying 

ladders, suppression systems and tyres can be overcome with the Hungry Board 

system. They are manufactured from our Hi-Vis yellow polyethylene hybrid and is 

UV stabilised and robust. 

In the unlikely event of damage, only the damaged section needs replacement. 

Each section is a simple one-person in-field replacement. No Hot Work Permit is 

required. Downtime is minimal, as the vehicle does not need moving off-site.

Oz Water Tanks have been designed for longevity and are 

extremely strong. 

Ribbed walls are designed to enforce and prevent bulging. 

Tanks are moulded in one piece, there are no joints or weak 

points, therefore no leaks will occur. 

The round tanks have 4 overflow positions and the slimline 

has 2 that enable the customer to cut a hole where it suits 

the drainpipe. 

The tanks are made from virgin polyethylene, we do not 

use reconstituted or previously used materials for our water 

tanks. 

Oz Tanks come with a 10-year warranty. 

They are UV stabilised to ensure long lasting durability to 

withstand the harsh sun. Polyethylene tanks excludes light 

therefore inhibits algae growth. 

Compliance Oz Water Tanks meet Australian Standard 

AS/NZS4766 in design and manufacturing undertaken to 

meet that requirement and also includes. Australian Standard 

AS2070 food grade / /AS4020 for drinking water.
