presents a<br />

rotation of fun<br />

<strong>class</strong> styles.<br />

Strength & Lengthen (Week 1): Wake up every muscle<br />

in your body with this 'no weights required', functional<br />

fitness <strong>class</strong>; then ease those muscles in soothing yoga<br />

and functional inspired stretches. This <strong>class</strong> is suited<br />

to all levels of fitness.<br />

Drums Alive (Week 2): A cardio, core and muscle<br />

strength workout. Using drumsticks to simulate<br />

drumming on a stability ball. Come and rock out to<br />

your favourite music!<br />

Dance Party (Week 3): A fun, wild dance fitness <strong>class</strong><br />

using motivating international music. Small weights<br />

might be used.<br />

<strong>Marina</strong> will be out of<br />

the country on<br />

holidays for 3 weeks<br />

in September.<br />

Replacements will be<br />

listed on the website.<br />
