— Please kindly provide us with your credit card details for<br />
incorporation within our reservation system.<br />
— Upon making a group reservation, our system will create<br />
your group ticket (eTicket)<br />
— 10 days before the trip you will receive the group ticket by e-mail<br />
together with the details of the specific seating that<br />
has been reserved.<br />
— Your tour guide is no longer required to go to the ticket counter<br />
before the train’s departure. This saves time.<br />
— On the train, the tour guide must show two documents:<br />
a ) Group ticket (e-ticket).<br />
b ) Group reservation confirmation.<br />
Direct payment at station<br />
— Purchase at one of the stations Lucerne, Sarnen, Meiringen or<br />
Interlaken East at least 45 minutes before departure or even the<br />
day before.<br />
— Make your group booking prior to the date of travel.<br />
— On the travel date or the day before, the tour guide can pay for the<br />
group ticket and seat reservation fee directly at the ticket counter,<br />
simply by showing the booking confirmation.<br />
— Tickets and seat reservations are then issued before departure at<br />
the train station. Payment with cash or by credit-card only.
